No, claiming that one's not being okay with a personal insult in a wrestling angle should trump the fact that all parties involved were okay with it makes one some kind of PC thug. Where did the OP say it shouldn't have happened? He just said it was tasteless. Not everyone likes cheap dead mom insults, whether they're okay'd or not. Exactly. I loved the segment, even though I thought the bit with King's mother was in poor taste and completely unnecessary.

Where did I say the OP said it shouldn't have happened? He did not say "it was tasteless", he said that he was "standing up for good taste and decency", two completely different things.

Yeah, Cole should just become a manager, and manage an array of talent like Heenan used to. His clients don't have to form a stble, he'd just split his time between them, obviously with Miz being his top client.
Then whenever a client of his wrestles he could color commentate on those matches and promote his talent the way he does.
