Currently grinding out my smithing skill. I've seen enough leather bracers & iron daggers to last me a life time. If ya fancy being really cheap, you could use the Oghma Infinium glitch. I did on one of my characters, he now has 100 in everything and most of the perks in Heavy armour, One handed, Two handed, Destruction, Conjuration, archery and sneak. Pretty much prepares him for anything! The best way to replay this game is to do the bare minimum to get that glitch to work, activate ZERO PERKS, reach the max level and save. Spend perks accordingly. Re-load. Redistribute as you see fit.

My God, Bethesda...How long has it been since the 360 got patch 1.6? They're running around fighting people on horses and I'm here in PS3 Land f***ing running. It's bad enough that we won't get Dawnguard for at least a month after the 360 got it, but we should have the f***ing patch by now! What the f***, man? I'm tired of feeling like I'm being punished for not buying a Microsoft console. Get on the f***ing stick, Bethesda! The mounted combat isn't that good. Other than weak mobs like wolves you're better off fighting on foot. You can't even use spells mounted. Yeah I finally got the game a week ago, 1000 TIMES BETTER THAN OBLIVION

With a Legendary Skyforge Long Sword (Skyforge Steel levels with ya, so becomes real badass) and the perks that increase one handed damage to the max, you can usually one hit anything bar the real powerful enemies like Bandit Chiefs.

Hearthfire is out! Enjoy - Building a house - Baking - Fishing - Adopting a child - Buying a cow Wait is this Skyrim or some sort of farming game? Considering it's fairly cheap at 400 points it is quite fun, heck it might even dent my substantial gold revenue.

... I'm kinda glad PS3 gets that stuff later than everyone else, because I don't have the time for it and I would really love to play it.

It really disgusts me how Bethesda has treated the PS3 users. 2 DLC packs have officially been released for 360 and the PS3 hasn't gotten the first one and it's 50/50 that we ever will. Why start making a game for a console if you have no idea how to develop for it?
One thing is certain. IF we ever do get Dawnguard, it damn well BETTER be discounted. If not, that's just another middle finger to the people that dare to own a PS3.

The problems with Skyrim on PS3, and hell in general, stems from Bethesda insisting on using Gamebryo to make open world games, despite time and again showing that engine has no business being used for open world games. If they changed engines, the problems probably wouldn't be there as often.

It works fine in the sense that it isn't a broken mess, yes, but it still has bugs and stuff in it, just waiting to be found. No game is ever actually free of bugs and glitches, and this is especially true of Bethesda's games.

If it's ok for most, but not all, just release it, but make sure there is a simple and quick way to get a refund if it wont work for you.

I mean, are they in a back room somewhere trying to get Dawnguard to work by hitting a PS3 with a brick?

As a 360 owner, I must say that that is complete bullshit that you guys still haven't gotten the DLC yet. So, judging from that video, the fact that DLC wont work for some (even though it would work fine for most?), means that no one gets it. How about figure out how DLC is going to work across all consoles, and releasing it at the same time? Even if it doesn't effect me, I don't like the idea of the exclusive content deals. What's wrong with everyone getting it at once? (Is it money? I'm guessing it's money)

No game is ever actually free of bugs and glitches, and this is especially true of Bethesda's games. I just bought the PC version earlier this week and accidentally walked into a kettle in the game. I feel out of existence temporarily.

I've got the 360 version, and I want to get the latest DLC, though I heard it was buggy, but that was about 3 weeks ago. Have they work out enough bugs so it's reasonably playable on the X-Box?

- Redguard Warrior (Lvl 16, 1-hand specialist, named "Leeroy Jenkins") When I had the PS3 version of the game (my PS3 died, and I've since got the 360 copy), the 1st character I made a Orc named Leeroy Jenkins. I really should make him again.
