John Cena and The Miz are ready to square off, The Rock is the guest referee. The mystery GM chimes in right before the bell that there has been a change of plans and he is adding himself to the match.
The Miz reveals that he is, in fact, the general manager, making him defending the WWE title against John Cena and himself. As the referee again goes to call for the bell, however, out runs Goldust who earlier in the night won Money in the Bank.
Goldust announces he is cashing in on the spot, and quickly beats the Miz. He is afterward, however, informed that he beat the wrong Miz, and is promptly hit with the Skull-Crushing Finale and pinned. He lies in the ring the rest of the night, but no one acknowledges him from here.
During the match Cena accidentally hits The Rock. Daniel Bryan and Derrick Bateman run out and declare they want to defend their tag titles, and Cena and Rock beat them. Bryan and Bateman go at it after the match. Rock then turns on Cena, somehow making both of them heel, and Miz swoops in to pin Cena. This makes Miz the tag champions, but the triple threat is still ongoing.
As such, Miz gets on the mic and announces how much he loves Atlanta and that he has a summer home there. This turns him face, and the audience goes wild as he then lies down and pins himself to take the WWE Championship from himself.
Cena goes after Rock in revenge, but Miz hits the Skull-Crushing Finale on him. This somehow turns Miz heel, and the show ends with Yoshi Tatsu's theme playing.

Though I'm sure Russo would have another Montreal Screwjob rehash somewhere in there.

Cena is squashing Miz. The Rock's music plays for five minutes, but he doesn't come out. During the confusion, Riley turns on Miz. Hornswoggle dressed as Gillberg comes out, but is ambushed by Jack Swagger. Swagger picks up a mike and talks about how "they" screwed him over, and he is gonna take down "the big man" to kill the WWE. Swagger is stopped by Miz. Three masked assailants attack the photographers and the ring crew. They reveal themselves as Earl Hebner, Carlito, and Goldust. They leave. The lights go out. When they're back on, everyone is knocked out (including the fans). The Rock's music is still playing. Mr. McMahon walks out and hands Miz a chair. Miz attacks Vince. Shane McMahon walks out and reveals himself as the mystery GM and gives Cena a low blow. Miz and Shane attak Cena, but Riley saves Cena and Shane turns on Miz, turning face. Confetti begins to fall. Riley turns on Cena and costs him the match. The Rock is found backstage handcuffed to a truck. Miz turns on Riley. The Nexus then swarms the ring and they attack Cena and Miz, who unite ad fight back. After the Nexus attack, Cena asks Miz for a rematch, which Miz accepts. Cena kicks Miz in the balls, turning heel, then locks in the STF. Miz doesn't tap, but Vince rings the bell. Cena is the champion. Shane looks on disapprovingly.

Rumored match, Russo-fied to have an inexplicable swerve and someone pretty much breaking character...
Ok, so let's say Triple H does return and targets Taker for retiring his best friend Shawn. Triple H and Shawn reunite at the Hall of Fame where Hunter inducts him and they share a big hug. During the eventual match between Trips and Taker, there is a major bump that knocks out Hunter, Taker, and the ref. Shawn Michaels then rushes to the ring and as he enters the ring, Diesel's music hits. Shawn stops and watches as Diesel makes his way to the ring. Diesel and Shawn stare at each other and finally Diesel raises him arm with the old Wolfpac signal, which Shawn appears to sell as a Kliq hand-signal and he returns the favor and meets Diesel's fingers. Diesel motions for Shawn to go to the corner and tune up the band. Shawn starts to tune up the band as Taker starts to rise to his feet. Triple H also starts rise to his feet. Shawn appears to be targeting Taker, but in Russo fashion he superkicks Triple H instead. Then Taker, Shawn, and Diesel inexplicable hug as Taker starts smiling and laughing and even motions like he is flipping off the fans (even though they probably would have been cheering since Taker was the babyface). He picks up Hunter and signals for Diesel to give them the Jacknife, which he proceeds to do. Undertaker then hits the Tombstone and covers Triple H. Shawn forcefully revives the referee who counts the three. After the match the three of them hug and laugh and celebrate. Essentially Undertaker totally breaks his Deadman character and he appears chummy with Diesel and Shawn who all act like jerks.
Obviously this would make no logical sense and it would change Undertaker's character. Sounds worthy of Russo to me.

true russoisms incoming
so now the Money In the Bank starts off as a reverse battle royal with 20 men outside the ring and the first 8 to get in the ring now will be eligible to climb the ladder and get the briefcase. so Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, Zack Ryder, John Morrison, Yoshi Tatsu, Kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne and Jack Swagger make it in the ring. now after you climb the ladder and get the briefcase you ALSO have to climb a pole in the ring and grab a key that might open the briefcase with the MITB contract or it could open something else! Kofi Kingston makes it and grabs a key but unfortunately it's not for the briefcase ... his key is for Alex Riley and The Miz's empty briefcase so he wins nothing. next up is Zack Ryder and his key opens up a box with the divas title! Zack Ryder is the new divas champion, Woo Woo Woo You Know it Bra! now Evan Bourne is up and he has to do a strip tease! you'll have to wait till Raw to find out what Daniel Bryan's key unlocks! because forget the PPV, gotta build towards RAW! there's one key left but before anyone can get it ... The New Nexus run out and attack everyone! wait now The Corre is out! Wade Barret and CM Punk face off! wait swerve.... they both shake hands. they announce there's been a higher power to The Nexus and Corre all along. No Chance In Hell starts playing but Mr McMahon doesn't come out ... instead Hornswoggle pops up from under the ring. it's not really a higher power but a shorter power! apparently Hornswoggle is also The Anonymous GM, Michael Cole's lover, and still somehow Mr McMahon's son! Hornswoggle and The New Corre Nexus Society disappear under the ring! Yoshi Tatsu gets up and gets the last key but wait it's Michael Tarver! Tarver eats Yoshi's soul and takes the key. Tarver's key unlocks the MITB briefcase and he wins even though he wasn't in the match!

Kelly Kelly is inserted into MITB with no explanation, wins and cashes in on Cena after Cena wins the belt. Drops Cena with the deadly K2 and celebrates. Hogan and Bischoff come out to celebrate with her.

Cena vs The Miz w/The Rock as Special Guest Referee
Cena ambushes The Miz and squashes him in 30 seconds. The mystery GM chimes in saying that the match was changed just before Cena ran in to a "Title on a Poll" match. The Rock interrupts him saying that he changes his mind and reveals himself to the be the GM. The Rock says he's angered with the fact that the Miz has the word "The" in his name and says that for the moment he will wrestle the Miz for the rights to the word "The" in a "The on a Pole Match". Cena is upset about this saying that he should be getting his WWE Title match.
The Rock says he agrees and says that now the Miz will be fighting for two things. He will be fighting The Rock for the rights to the word "The" and he'll be defending the title against Cena in a two out of three falls match with Cena up 1-0 upon pinning him earlier, with the 2nd fall being a cage heat match, and the third being a 49ers Box Match with Booker T as the guest referee. Michael Cole objects to this and demands that The Rock be fired by Vince McMahon. McMahon comes out saying that if Michael Cole wants to make an issue of it that he's now part of both matches for the right to the word "The" and the WWE Title.
The cage is lowered and the 2nd fall begins. The Miz and Michael Cole split up with the Miz fighting off the Rock and Cole trying to get Cena from escaping the cage. Alex Riley interferes as well by getting the Nexus to drive a truck to the ring and block the cage door(with the Nexus logo on the vehicle). After 10 minutes of fighting the Miz escapes the Cage and thus wins the 2nd fall. The Miz then realizes he's trapped outside the cage and tries to get it to raise up only for the cables to snap making it impossible.
The Miz climbs up the cage and realizes that the Rock is about to win the rights to the word "The" and that Cena is about to win the WWE Championship. He pleads with both to turn on the other and it is then that Cena taunts him by saying "You Can't See Me" to him before then nailing the attitude adjustment to The Rock. Cena climbs up retrieves the contract for "The", helps the Miz in and gives Miz the WWE Championship.
After the match Cena gets on the mic saying that now he's superior to the The Rock as he now has the name "The" whereas the Rock is now merely Dwayne Johnson. Cena turns heel calling himself "The John" and the show ends with Cena, Miz, Cole, Riley, and Nexus celebrating while the crowd looks on confused.
