I would have to say Benoit vs Angle from the '03 Royal Rumble. Nothing even comes close to that. And I saw HBK "retire" Flair at WM24.
Discuss.

AJ/Joe/Daniels II
WWE-wise probably the Edge vs. Matt Hardy street fight from RAW in 2005

WWE? Bret vs Bulldog. Summerslam 92.
Other promotions would have to be Danielson vs McGuinnes ROH/Pure Title unification match, and a number of matches I saw when I was very young in the late 80s and very early 90s with Finlay, Mark Rocco, Marty Jones and others. Finlay vs Rocco was incredible to me then and having seen footage of some of their matches from that period I'm pretty sure it would be now too.

Considering I've only ever been to 2 live shows, 1 of which being that GOD AWFUL Raw with ZZ Top guest hosting, it had no memorable matches. Best match was at a Smackdown house show in December 09, Punk/Jericho VS Mysterio/Kane. Surprisingly really good, even with Kane involved.

Oh man, the last WWE event I was at was Cena's debut. How long ago was that, ten years maybe?
I'm thinking the best was probably Michaels/Razor from Summerslam '94, but I honestly can't remember.

I can't remember most of the matches from Invasion, and only other two shows I've been to were a house show and the 6/6/06 SmackDown taping / last Velocity. So say either Finlay / Mysterio from that SmackDown - Rey was champ, so guess who won - or either Punk / Burke or MVP & Edge / Brothers of Destruction from the house show.
Speaking of said SmackDown taping - during that match I started a "Leprechaun" chant. I'm sorry.

Kofi Kingston vs William Regal at a Reno house show.
A good technical match, with really good heel mic work from Regal.

I haven't been to a live event since 2000.
But from memory, the best I saw was the main event of Capital Carnage '98 - Austin vs Undertaker vs Mankind vs Kane in a Fatal 4 Way. Everyone was way into it.
I also saw a Bret Hart/Vader main event at a house show in '96, on a card which also featured Undertaker, Sid, Stone Cold, Owen and the Bulldog among others, but sadly my memory is a bit crap. I remember Bret winning, and I was real happy.
EDIT: I found the other results of that show! Austin b Sid by DQ, Undertaker b Mankind, Owen & Bulldog b The Godwinns (I remember this match), and it also featured two future champions clashing - Rocky Maivia b Justin Bradshaw. Little did my 9 year old self know.

CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho from a Glasgow house show in April 2009. This I was there to, that night. The Wrestlemania Revenge tour of that year. I said this to my friend, who I went to the event with. If it had been on PPV it would have been a 4 star match, at least.

At a Raw taping in 1997,Shawn Michaels and Steve Austin defended their World Tag Team Titles against the Legion Of Doom. It ended up being a count out victory for the LOD after Bret,Owen,Bulldog, and Pillman came to the ring. Austin and Michaels ended up brawling with them but it was a really good match even with the count out finish.

Austin vs. Rock at WrestleMania X7 probably tops the list, but some others would be:
John Cena vs. Wade Barrett - Hell in a Cell Team Austin vs. Team Bischoff - Survivor Series 2003 Chris Jericho vs. Triple H - Fully Loaded 2000 Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle - Raw Homecoming Austin & Dude Love vs. Owen & Bulldog - House Show in 1997 Bret Hart vs. Diesel - House Show 1994
