I'm going to go with something recent and pick the February 28th, 2011 Raw. Long diatribe by HHH to open the show where he buries the whole roster, then blowing off his feud with Sheamus with a 10-minute burial beatdown, after which Sheamus was also jobbed out to Evan Bourne in less than a minute. The show also contained an extremely homophobic Cena promo directed at Miz and Riley, which, as I recall, led to a heated debate on this very forum. I also remember Daniel Bryan being randomly attacked and buried by Miz before a match against William Regal. This was topped off by a Cena/Riley cage match in which Riley would be fired if he lost, which, of course, he did. Between that and McGillicutty being punted into the stratosphere early that night, all signs of NXT2's existence were wiped clean from WWE TV. Easily my least favorite Raw so far this year.

Hey now Riley actually got Cena to work a half decent match that night. It's not all bad

One episode of Raw that stick out of my mind is the 900th episode. The only good part of the show was Punk's segment.

Aside from a few very rare instances (Bob Barker), every guest host episode that didn't involve an ex-wrestler.

The Lakers vs. Nuggets RAW was absolutely embarrassing to watch. The worst part is that Vince was technically in the right and, miracle of miracles, there were actually more than a few mainstream news outlets who were actually on his side. Then he pissed all that away with a dumb skit built around a stupid joke about how E. Stan Kroenke's first name kinda sounds like penis.

The Lakers vs. Nuggets RAW was absolutely embarrassing to watch. this one and the 2007 one with Rosie vs. Trump that OP mentioned I've forgotten the 2009 Slammy RAW, what happened there!? for pre-2000, there were some pretty bad episodes during the 1994/1995 New Generation era, with main events like Sid vs. Fatu and crap like that

I've forgotten the 2009 Slammy RAW, what happened there!? Well for starters it was a three-hour Raw, which really tend to drag. Then you also had Dennis Miller and his, shall we say, offbeat humour. Sheamus, who happened to be the WWE Champion, appeared on the show for a grand total of thirty seconds. Then there was a mini tournament for Superstar of the Year which predictably ended with Cena v Orton. Which wouldn't have been so bad if the semi final of this tournament didn't see John Cena beating CM Punk in less than two minutes. Then there was Undertaker v Orton in the other semi, a match where the entrances were longer than the match itself. Then you had JeriShow v DX for the tag titles which ended with DX getting deliberately DQ'd about two seconds in out of pure spite. In fact not a match on the show went over ten minutes and only two of them went over five. The main event was the only match on the show that wasn't horrible and even then it was barely decent. It was just...terrible.

I've forgotten the 2009 Slammy RAW, what happened there!? Bad Dennis Miller jokes and a 3 minute Cena squash of Punk are the main lowlights, if you will. At least we got a great douche Batista moment (doing his Kanye West impression on Maria's acceptance speech for Diva of the Year)...

After the Christmas "Little People's Court" episode finished, I specifically remembered to remember it as being the worst episode of Raw I have ever seen from start to finish. It wasn't just that segment, either. I think there were 3 squash matches back to back, which lead to extremely dragged out and unfunny DX stuff, and then Little People's Court. Didn't help that the Raw before had Cena squash CM Punk, further proving how inept the Raw team was at that point in time. December of 2009 made Monday nights unbearable.
Raw in 2009 and Smackdown in 2009 were polar opposites - Raw reminded me of why I shouldn't be watching this stuff anymore and Smackdown reminded me why I fell in love with it to start with. It was a weird juxtaposition.

Also the RAW where Cena gave what was essentially a retirement speech and then showed up at the very end of the show anyway. People may debate you on that since that's also the same night that The Miz became WWE Champion. Also, I can't believe I'm the first to mention the Katie Vick episode.

Then he pissed all that away with a dumb skit built around a stupid joke about how E. Stan Kroenke's first name kinda sounds like penis. For that reason, it's my choice. Damn near everyone was on Vince's side in that whole mess, but when they opened the show with that skit, that was bad. If Vince would have come out and thanked Los Angeles for having the WWE, and taken a quick jab at the situation it would have been fine. They still could have done the Lakers vs Nuggets match, but don't take 15-20 minutes at the opening of the show for that stupid skit. The only good thing I can remember from that episode was Batista coming out with a basketball.

Little People's Court was the only time I saw an extremely stretched out segment, then saw that segment replayed in its entirety on the same episode

I loved the DX BBQ. I was 16 years old, and I thought it was just absurdly immature and sophomoric to a funny point. Outside of the Candice/HHH thing I thought it was all hilarious.
"We now RRRRRRRReturn you to your RRRRRRRRegular Prrrrrrrogrrrrrrramming"
And of course, the voice changer with Vince.
[chipmunk]Damnit, you people think this is FUNNY?[/chipmunk]
