Let's also go WAY back to the very first Raw, if you take the context of it being so historical out of it... it was HORRIBLE...

I seem to remember loads RAW's from Triple H's reign of terror that was nothing but him talking for like half the show...well either that or that's how it felt.

I like Little People's Court as well, but I do agree that they didn't need to show the segment twice.

I listed LPC as my least favorite (and that's me being nice) episode of Raw of all-time, and I didn't even remember that they showed it twice. My God what a bad Raw that was!
I just thought of another bad one from 2007. Bobby Lashley sports-entertained 3 times in one night. I shut Raw off.

The Viewer's Choice episode. It was so bad that I didn't fully support the Nexus attack until AFTER I saw it on NXT the following night.

I don't know if anybody has specifically mentioned it, but the Raw where Triple H set up a chair in the middle of the ring and spent 30 freaking minutes cutting a promo about Terri Schiavo.
THAT was the most boring thing in the history of boring things.

Yeah, I'm not even a HHHater but I remember him in the chair rambling on endlessly.

Was the Little People's Court episode really so horrible?
Sure the LPC sketch was awful, the guest host sucked, there was a lot of wasted time, stupid sketches, bad promos, a stupid sketch with a man man dressed as a tiger chasing a random woman thing which sucked but it did have a pretty good six man tag between Legacy and someone else (sure Kofi and Bourne were involved? :/) and a pretty good match between Cena and Swagger. Both of which got decent time iirc.
Other episodes of Raw mentioned, such as the Denver Nuggets one, the one where Bischoff was the guest GM and most of 2006 Raw tbh didn't even have decent a single decent match to salvage them.
EDITED: I checked the episode review on another website to double check what the episode was like and, to see if I was remembering the right Raw.

I guess I'm the only person who liked the Little People's Court sketch I liked it too, ONLY for Shawn though. His reactions were priceless.

The raw after survivor series 2001 That's one of my favourite episodes. I remember thinking how terrible Viewers Choice Raw was until the Nexus attack which is one of my favourite moments in WWE history. I'd also rank the Denver Nuggets Raw up there as one of the worst. Little People's Court was ridiculous, but not as bad as it could have been. It was just about bearable. Any RAW from 1993-1996 was mostly terrible. You get a few great moments sprinkled throughout, but generally they're pretty poor.

Thing is, it's tough to really rate those shows the same way since they were entirely different in tone. Very much Saturday morning jobber squash style shows that served their purpose. Besides, some of the 1993 era Raw shows are some of the best the company has ever produced. Either way those shows are more forgettable than actively terrible.
I gotta go with the Piven show. It was an unmitigated disaster on every level.

The RAWs that are BAD are at least entertaining in their crappyness. The worst raws are the ones where nothing happens.
TNA on the other hand, impact is almost always so bad that it's good. I'm something bored with raw, never bored with how bad impact can get

I'd say the episode where Regal "turned off" Raw during the main event. I believe the ratings nosedived the following week.

I don't remember the Piven one being THAT bad Piven himself wasn't bad, disregarding the Summerfest mistake, but Dr. Ken Jeong was absolutely grating that night and pretty much ruined the whole show.
