I'm excited for this, if this is true.
But, not to be a pessimist, how much longer in the ring does he have?

Shawn Michaels was still able to put on great matches when he was Chris's age up to when he retired. And judging by him signing for a dancing contest, his body must still be in pretty good shape.

You don't learn to fall when you dance, brother.

Fozzy is booked through July doing shows in Europe and there is no way they will cancel their Sonisphere appearance. Jericho was really psyched about being on a bill with The Big 4 (Metallica/Megadeth/Anthrax/Slayer) on That Metal Show last week. Well his last booked date is July 17th, which is only 3 months from now. So I wouldn't be surprised if he's back as soon as Summerslam.

Why is he pandering to us gelatinous tapeworms?
He is the perfect guy to help get Sin Cara over.

Smackdown bound obviously. I think its too soon to say. It really depends on when. I could see Orton being drafted or traded to Smackdown to fill that face hole and Jericho returns to Raw.

Like I've already said, just because he said he's returning after DWTS that doesn't mean he'll be back soon.
He could return in August 2017, that's still 'after DWTS'.

"I'll come back quicker if I win... seriously!"
I just wanted to grab him and hug him when I read that on Twitter. I love Jericho.

Jericho was boring his last return was a flop I mean, whats left for him to do? It certainly wasn't a flop. He got great heel heat. He was brilliant. As far as I'm concerned his last run was his best ever. That character was my favorite version of Chris Jericho ever. I think the other guy meant his actual babyface return, which did flop and lead to the awesome heel turn. But yeah, Chris Jericho of 2008 and 2009 was the best he's ever been. 2010 he cooled off because of all the losses, he just didn't get as much chance to shine.
