Yeah, it has his entrance video in the beginning, so you'll have to take it down.

I haven't watched it yet, but hopefully it comes across as less bitter than episode 1 did.

As much as I like the guy and wanna watch, I'm afraid I agree. He's kind of boring - and I feel guilty and watch and will continue in support. I don't want him to suffer from MJS or Marty Jannety Syndrome. The 30 second intro has got to go to - quick and to the point.

Quick question. Were Hawkins & Ryder still aflilliated with Edge when they won their tag team titles? I know it was around the time Edge was sent to 'hell' by the Undertaker and he took a few months off but if I recall correctly they won the titles before that happened.

We need a crossover with Ryder trying to make Hawkins' show cool and exciting, and Curt resisting.
Total Bert and Ernie style dynamic.

Yeah, it has his entrance video in the beginning, so you'll have to take it down. He stopped using "In The Middle Of It Now"? ;___;

I think I can forgive the depressing tone of this episode, because, from what Curt said in it, The Edgeheads was more than an angle to him and Zack.
He called him "Uncle Adam", and you can tell they were close.
Also, I was on my wrestling hiatus during this time period, how exactly did the Edgeheads come about, in Kayfabe?

Yeah, honestly, I think anybody who's calling this episode too depressing needs to step back and think about what they're saying. I have no issues whatsoever with seeing a wrestler talk about how much another wrestler meant to him, which is what this is. Edge's retirement has been hard enough for us, just imagine how hard it's got to be for Hawkins and Ryder.

I thought it was interesting Curt thought it was an angle until he talked to him Tuesday in Albany. I remember a lot of people in the RAW Thread(s) thought so too until they showed the line of people clapping for him, and Edge embracing Dolph and Vickie with a hug.
I still think that should have been how the show ended, because after that promo and everything, I just couldn't get into the gauntlet match.

Also, I was on my wrestling hiatus during this time period, how exactly did the Edgeheads come about, in Kayfabe? At Armageddon 2007, in the triple threat match (vs Batista & Undertaker), Edge used Hawkins and Ryder as decoys in trunks identical to his, allowing him to distract Taker and Batista and win the World Heavyweight Championship. In exchange, Edge basically took Hawkins and Ryder under his wing. This was long before Zack Ryder's current gimmick, so he still had the long blonde hair (making him, Hawkins, and Edge similar looking at a glance).
