Everyone thought Sin Cara's faceplant headscissors type move was a botched move, but he actually did the same move on Smackdown to Chavo and it looked more fluid.
So did he take a botched move and make it look legit or was that the plan all along?

Is La Mistica really that hard for everybody to take? Probably, but still.

I just watched it and it looked like a halfassed version of la mistica without the extra spins or the submission. Seems to be a headscissors into something similar to Edge's old "faceplant".
Looking at it again, I'm wondering if Chavo is the one preventing a full fledged La Mistica from happening or if that was the plan all along...Either way it looks like they may have gotten too close to the ropes again and there might not have been enough velocity to pull it off.

I actually like it........It looked botched at the PPV but looked pretty cool on Smackdown.

I dont think that he'll use the full La Mistica because of the fellow arm submission ADR uses.

I dont think that he'll use the full La Mistica because of the fellow arm submission ADR uses. Don't see why that would be a problem, ADR is on a different show and uses a completely different armbar. The reason I could see him not using the submission at the end of the move is because it seems out of context with the rest of his offense.

I don't know what it is but Sin Cara's offense looks weak compared to that of Mysterio. Maybe its just one of those things because Mysterio is established more in the WWE maybe its the mood lighting maybe the opponets don't know how to do a good cruiserweight match or maybe its because he uses too many headscissors

I gotta say, that looked pretty good. Like a more improved version of what they were going for at the PPV. I honestly wouldn't complain if that was his secondary finisher, it's probably a lot easier to set up than the original one he was using.
As for whether or not it was intentional, I'm not sure. If it was another botch, then it certainly wasn't as noticeable as what happened at Over the Limit and seemed to work well enough. The announcers certainly made it seem like it was meant to happen when it was shown in the replay. I'm just going to wait for the next show to see if he uses it again. If he does, then I say it's intentional.

Hmm I'm just not sure. About 20% of his offensive is already head-scissor moves so why would his finisher be one. You don't see Kane pulling out weaker versions of chokeslams and then his big one. You know when Kane gets the opponent by his neck- you know it's over. How are we supposed to tell when it's time for Sin Cara's finisher coming rather than just more cruise weight offensive?
Therefore I'm not liking it so much, it should just be a big move that gets long 2 counts like Orton's backbreaker or Triple H's spinebuster etc etc
