From where we where sitting i had a good look at it from a 50 yard style viewand it looked like an inflatable pad so not as much spring as the spirt squad but he still got a boost but it took some ability either way!

I'm going to say no. I'm going to call it a near-botch. It's not like he failed to clear the top rope entirely and ended up tumbling ass over teakettle into the ring. He just grazed it and manage to stick the landing, and somewhere in Japan, Liger would have compulsively done his sarcastic clapping thing. But he landed relatively smoothly and no harm was done. Another inch lower and it could have been a disaster.

I caught him grazing the top rope and actually had a flash of the shockmaster debuting when it happened. But he saved it and the crossbody was just awesome.

Good thing he saved it, what was just a minor mess up (Many people didn't even notice it until it was pointed out) could have probably killed his WWE career before it started if he was slightly lower and snagged his foot.
Although then as mentioned above, we would have had our next Shockmaster. =P
yeah, the silence of the crowd surprised me after the build up.
Live WWE crowds typically suck nowadays. Did you expect them to give Sin Cara a Rock like ovation?

His foot hit the top rope, that was it.

Smackdown spoilers below {Spoiler}He cleared the ropes and basically did the same bit from Raw to Swagger. However he did a corkscrew plancha this time. Also, since it's not really a spoiler, the crew loosened the ropes before his segment when they replaced the canvas and then tightened them back afterward.

Minor botch. Hardly worth talking about.
His offense looked great, and the crowd popped for it. All they need to do to get him over is do a ten minute match.

So he caught himself a little bit on the top rope... big whoop. He more than made up for it with that insane crossbody. He'll do just fine. I think he will do fine but I'm still worried for him. I'm not sure if most of the guys in WWE besides maybe Mysterio, Danielson, and Punk will be able to adapt and mesh with his lucha libre style which usually involves a lot of chain wrestling and fast pace along with the high flying.

I thought he done well to keep his balance and roll into the ring despite clipping the ropes. Its no big deal. I'm going to assume we wont see his first match until the next PPV.

I don't get why they wouldn't just debut him in a match already. I'm guessing he will have a match next week most likely. I thought his debut was kind of cool but damn they don't even try to make it looks real anymore. If Sheamus is beating someone up after a match security or officials would step in. They wouldn't send the new hot shot luchador out there to break it up. Doing stuff like that is what makes people hate pro wrestling. Most people don't mind that it is fixed. They do mind when their intelligence is insulted and when WWE just doesn't give a crap whether it looks real or not.

Lordsofpain.net claims that the blame fell on the ring crew guy who set up the trampoline. Apparently, it was too close to the ring, which did not allow Sin Cara to get the proper angle. Nice save by Sin Cara if that is true.

This guy is going to be HUGE and thankfully WWE seems to be aware of it.

Reportedly Sin Cara made an audible on the fly to do the crossbody. The spot was supposedly going to be some type of corkscrew move. If true, that's one beautiful audible. I guess after the close call jumping into the ring he decided on the spot to do a safer move, which worked just as well if not better than the corkscrew move would have.

Noticed it slightly but his music and crossbody were enough for me to forget about it.
