Well, Jacob Novak is the first elimination off a Season of NXT for a second time.
I actually kinda hate that since he and JTG were feuding with William Regal, which Regal was really funny putting them down. Novak had sort of developed a character with JTG as a goofy white guy in cornrows, which was a million times better than "the world's most generic wrestler" from the last season of NXT.
I would have rather had Byron Saxton, who hasn't done anything at all this season, or Conor O'Brien who is nothing without his rat gimmick, except a guy who breaks boards on his head.
So do think that we'll ever see Novak in the WWE again? He does bear a passing resemblance to Triple H, so that could help him or hurt him, who nose?

I never liked Novak. He looked weird in his diaper trunks and even weirder as White Shad.

Novak just epitomised the word "bland". He had nothing interesting about him. He was as plain as plain got.

I enjoyed his feud with Regal but that was entirely because of Regal. Not really gonna miss him, he was just bland.

I hated him the first season but by the time Redemption started I had changed my mind. He's a big guy (6'5, 250), very athletic, and technically sound in the ring as far as fundamentals go. The Slam Master J V.2 stuff was destined to fail. Regal should have been his mentor, not his opponent.

Slam Master J(acob) didn't even have the Genesis of McGillicutty.

He was bland, but he was the only NXT rookie to get heat since David Otunga in season 1. If Lucky Cannon went before Novak I wouldn't have been mad at all.

I liked Novak. Even if he didn't do much in his first season, wearing a white suit jacket to the ring is pretty damn classy, and this season, he was quite entertaining. I would have enjoyed more development of the Regal storyline, too. Surprised that Conor O'Brien wasn't the first to go, but I guess being two degrees away from Santino is enough to keep him going.

I love Conor and want him to win, but it's upsetting that people are saying they are suprised he didn't go first and I can't actually counterargue it.
Novak finally gets interesting and he's gone. Typical. But he was still probably the weakest in ring. He had a sloppy match with William Regal of all people.
