Idk, that assumes you somehow got Sting in the company plus a Wrestlemania main event "no holds barred" that ends for....no reason? I like the rest quite a bit though. I'd listen to Rock's request to bring in Sting, and looking at the World Title Match, you see Benoit has held it for a year, meaning no babyface Orton title win or next night turn in 2004. HHH vs. Orton doesn't manifest until early 2005, and will climax via Hell in a Cell at Vengeance. On the Smackdown side, Eddie Guerrero will be the top heel, going from feuding with Kurt Angle and John Cena to feuding with Edge, Rey Mysterio, and eventually Randy Orton thanks to the draft.

with a roster the size of a single brand of WWE how do you build Goldberg as someone still important without him winning the WWE or World Title? Like I said, just keep him undefeated the entire time. Maybe bring him in later than he originally was if there's a risk of him running out of opponents. a two or three month undefeated streak isn't that big a deal.

@the Possum... I think the real lesson of Mania X-8 was that NOTHING could follow Hogan-Rock and that it should be the last match. I guess you would have had RVD win the Rumble? Jericho v. RVD doesn't seem as big as Jericho v. Triple H, but if they had a great match then perhaps it would have meant a lot for their careers and we would have viewed them differently. Triple H would have been a babyface, so I guess I could see him and Austin reforming a team to face the Ousiders. That tag match would have felt more special than Austin-Hall one-on-one. Yeah, my logic behind the the Jericho/RVD main event was that if the match was fast paced, had some high spots, and there was a HUGE desire to see RVD to break through and win the belt, it could liven up the crowd again. I always thought it was weird that they didn't put Nash in a match on the show, and I thought the angle could be that they Outsiders tried to get their old buddy, Triple H, to join the nWo. He instead sided with another friend, Austin. The Two Man Power Trip had a little unfinished business, anyways. I think having Trips tema with Austin against the Outsiders would have been a brilliant Mania match. As it was, Jericho vs HHH didn't have any real draw to it. As evidence by the shitty storyline they came up with to try to get some heat for the match. With Austin/HHH vs Hall/Nash, you have a ready made Mania draw. Two of the main players from WWF vs the two guys who kickstarted the monday night war. Matchups like this is what the Invasion angle should have been. They could have played up HHH's friendship with Hall and Nash, referencing the Curtain Call and had Austin unsure of whether HHH was going to put company loyalty or friendship first. Show Triple H hanging out with the enemies like the clique they are and sew some dissention between Austin and HHH. Infinately more interesting than what we got. Plus it's kind of a cool to have three of the biggest names on one side of the war facing the nWo. Basically one side is made up of guys who became stars because the other side left.

Since WrestleMania XI is my least favorite I'll go with it.
WWF Championship - Steel Cage Match - Special Referee Lawrence Taylor - Diesel(C) vs. King Kong Bundy with Ted DiBiase
Number One Contender Ladder Match - Shawn Michaels vs. British Bulldog
Best 2 Of 3 Falls - Bret "Hitman" Hart vs. Owen Hart
Rubber Match - The Undertaker with Paul Bearer vs. Yokozuna with Mr. Fuji
Tag team Titles - The Smoking Gunns(C) vs. IC Champion Jeff Jarrett and Bam Bam Bigelow with the Roadie
WrestleMania IX Rematch - Razor Ramon vs. Bob Backlund
The only reason I'd have Diesel/KKB as the main event is to have the throwback to WM 2 and give Taylor somebody to humiliate at the end. The match between Michaels/Bulldog would play off the Royal Rumble ending and have Shawn go over. This way Shawn can still turn and face Diesel instead at King Of the Ring in a huge face vs face match. I also would have just gone ahead and give Bret and Owen a good 30-40 minutes to really end their feud on a big scale.
