You know, he COULD be inspired by "Crazy Charlie Sheen". When he's not showing up for work because he is partying with several divas at once, we'll know for sure Or waving a machete around on top of the Titantron, either will do.

I think it was from Mick Foley's first book, and it's not a direct quote because I'm at work and don't carry it with me everywhere:
"I'd rather fight a hundred drunk frat guys who slam their heads against walls then one naked guy sitting Indian-style on the floor eating brownies. I know what the drunks are going to do; I have no idea how to fight a naked guy."
What I mean by that is: R-Truth is being an effective heel because he's not your usual heel. He's erratic, unstable, and easily ticked off by the smallest thing. I think it's awesome. I'm waiting for him to start grabbing drinks from people and throwing them against a wall, kicking random things (like a puppy), and choosing a color (say, blue) and attacking people because "I hate blue!"

I didn't want to be on the "He's great now, because he turned heel" that often plagues us, but....I lol'd HARD at "You kick my dog, I'll kick your cat!" and the "shut up when the angry black man is talking!"
It wasn't overly NOD racist, but it was just enough. And he's different from the rest of the heels right now.

Perhaps it's a demented take off his "Pretty Ricky" character.

Truth legitimately seems like someone who is absolutely crazy and off their rocker and it fits. After years of doing things for the fans he finally gets a title shot and then the fans goad him into a match where he loses that shot. And then he just snapped. He doesn't care about faces and he doesn't care about heels. He's just an insane man who wants to spread the 'truth'.
It's the best character in WWE right now and I hope they continue to run with it.

I like to think that Truth is staying in character at all times, and is currently mumbling shit to himself, while occasionally bugging his eyes out at random strangers.

Maybe Vince is finally unveiling that "Dave Chappelle" gimmick we were supposed to see a few years ago.
Heel Truth sounds like a mix of Tyrone Biggums, Tron, and Silky Johnston.
They need to turn Zeke into Charlie Murphy and Brodus into Ashy Larry.

It's unique and interesting to see what he'll do or say next...but shouldn't this push and all the air time be given to a young guy such as Ziggler? See those "unique and interesting" words? Those just don't apply to Dolph Ziggler. He's a damn fine wrestler and has a good presence, but "unique and interesting" are not his strong suits. And WWE really, really needs "unique and interesting" right now. Truth is more over than Dolph ever was, despite Dolph's being pushed to the main event with Edge for a time and having a heat magnet manager.

I know it will never happen, but I'd love it if Punk started insulting the world title contenders and referred to Truth as "The Black Jeff Hardy".

Yeah I got go the pro Truth crowd on this one. Up until he went went to England I hated R-Truth, Ron Killings, and K-Kwick. Everything he did just came off as corny. The dancing really used to irk me and the rapping was just dumb. Keep in mind I enjoy watching a dance performance and rap music. Then he snapped in England and he has really become someone I look forward to watching every week. Im not gonna say he has completely found his groove with this character but he is getting there damn fast. As people were saying about the crackhead type persona, he honestly reminds of the characters that Richard Pryor portrayed on the Classic comedy album "That N@@@@@ Crazy". Just pure craziness and he truly believes in everything he is saying. It's great.Plus he is aggressive enough that it is not coming off as silly.

I LOVE heel R-Truth. His promo on Raw had me in stitches.

Honestly, heel R-Truth is one of my favorite wrestlers in WWE right now. He's friggin' amazing on the mic with his insane ramblings.
It's a really great and refreshing change from WWE's usual parade of blandness.

That thing that he has? Unpredictability. I love it, personally. It's such a change-up from the usual bland crap, and I think he works as a latter day "Loose Cannon" gimmick.

They need to ditch the stupid humor.
Truth can't tell jokes, this fact should be universally known and on Raw, he almost tanked the first segment because of his awful delivery. The rest of his heel persona is fine, it's just that one bit.

I'm completely surprised hispanic groups haven't called WWE yet on R-Truth calling ADR a "fence jumper". That being said, I know the reactions from the crowd are weird because Truth's insulting both heels and faces, but at the same time, it's a fresh breath of air in promos. Definitely doesn't feel like a WWE script, and better yet, gives Truth more creativity in his own material. How about the fact that he said Mysterio and Del Rio should settle their feud in a Taco Bell parking lot? I am completely sold on heel R-Truth. His crazy rants have been awesome and a bit outside the box from the scripted promos we hear all the time.
