I don't mean things like Eddie or Own dying, but really small things that made you sad. Watching Bryan come out on the RAW after WrestleMania in his new jacket (which I assume he got for his first ever Wrestlemania and didn't even get to be on the show) made me

Seeing how bad Brian Lawler looks. Used to be part of one of the most popular acts in wrestling.

I was really sad at the time that Kurt Angle's undefeated streak was ruined by a thug who used a choke to finish him off. Yeah I was a semi mark at the time.

I did feel sad when Chris Masters came back and jobbed in his return match. I also felt pretty sad for Nick Dinsmore when his Eugene gimmick was booed at Summerslam 2005, because I felt he deserved better.

More touching than sad, but Laycool running out and and with genuine concern, helping Kaval to the back after he took a loss.

That whole match with Gallows and Punk had me going DDD8 the entire time. I was such a nut for the SES (still am), that that just made me so sad to watch, especially with how loyal-puppy-like Gallows had been during the whole run of the SES. Another SES thing that mademe sad was that one time when Punk had a match, and Joey and Luke tried to come out with him to watch at ringside, and he yelled at them and shoved them back. They rocked the "we're so betrayed and hurt" facial expressions and actions so well.
And, more recently, Heath shoving Gabe, and Gabe's shocked/sad face. Hang in there, bromance, hang in there!

I did feel sad when Chris Masters came back and jobbed in his return match. Wasn't it against MVP in a double count out?

AJ losing NXT. She just seemed so broken up about it; and then on top of that, they end the program with AJ crying on Primo's shoulder.

A few years ago, during a Regal and Finlay match. It was the kind of physical wrestling clinic you'd expect from those two, but the fans responded with the "BORING" chants. I wasn't so much sad, but it really pissed me off at the time.

It may not be small, but all of NXT the Divas Edition, made me sad.

John Cena thowing all his sweatbands into the crowd as he celebrated his victory at WrestleMania 26. It's a weird one I know, but it made me think of how the IWC rips him to shreads and yet the kids who caught those sweatbands would run home later that night and show the members of thier families who weren't at WrestleMania what John Cena gave them. They'd most probably treasure it and rightly so- you've got the ultimate sovuneur from being at that show.
It made me think that yeah sure; Cena gets a lot of flack about not being able to wrestle, about how he makes childish jokes and wears bright colors and I agree with most of that myself but you know what? I like that the kids have a guy like cheer for...
Man, never thought I'd be saying that.

If they thought that was boring, well later that night they had to endure the PUNJABI PRISON MATCH.

I remember when Kevin Nash pulled the older wrestler's prosthetic leg. That was sad and quite tasteless I thought. I didn't think it was funny. I thought it was disrespectful. Was that during the Attitude Era or just before?

Ris flairs retirement, I got choked up, but was super happy to see a legend get a sendoff he deserved, I now have zero respect for him whatsoever.
