Why isn't Big Show an option?
His debut was a shock to people who didn't know he signed.

1) Jericho. 2) Jericho's redebut.
The first for the huge reaction from the crowd for what was a WCW midcarder.
The second for getting a huge pop and name chant in a time when crowds don't pop huge or chant names often any more.

I was really pleased, though, that Jericho himself in his latest book said what I'd always felt about his promo with The Rock - that Jericho's goofy facials and general acting like a completely whipped weenie when Rock started verbally attacking him back made him look bad.

Flair's second run was so unexpected and Vince sold it like a champ.

For me it was Goldberg. Earlier in the night they said that Goldberg was coming to the WWE at Backlash; that right there already had me excited. Then, later on in the night, The Rock comes out and cuts a promo talking about there's no one else left for him to fight and that he's done it all. All of a sudden, you hear Goldberg's music. He makes his way to the ring, and says, "You wanna know who's next Rock? You're next!" Then he spears The Rock and leaves.

Eric Bischoff in WWE.
Never, EVER thought it would happen.
Jericho's is a very close second just for the Epic of it all.
Not to mention that Jericho's initial promo from 99 could have been repeated, verbatim in 2007 and the arena would have popped HARD for it.
