I just can't wait for if they ever do a show in Glasgow, and backstage, any of the british guys tells cole to come out in a Rangers/Celtic top to get cheap heat. He would actually get what he deserves. Or even better, one of those half/half jerseys, with half Rangers and half Celtic. He'd get lynched as soon as he'd step foot out of the arena. I could see them doing that with the Bellas.

Anyone notice the segment making a mockery of Britain was entirely removed from the broadcast of Raw on Thursday night on Sky Sports? Quite strange that the broadcaster felt the need to remove a segment for a show that wouldn't have even taken place had they not even been here at the time. Any mention of Cole bringing up the Knights like Sean Connery were edited out. The Same happened on Smackdown. Cole wasn't ever shown in his box wearing the robe, sitting on the throne with the pictures of royalty at front. Neither was he shown standing in the ring introducing Jack Swagger.

It could be worse. What if they were to trot William Regal out there with some silly gimmicky-ass British teeth? It wasnt Snitsky's fault

and talk exactly like Jason Statham? It's funny because there are other nations that look at the US and expect US to all talk like New Yorkers. ...or Texans. Apparently if you go on Youtube and type in fake american accents, everyone seems to think we all talk like California Valley girls and surfers. Surprising since all our tv shows that everyone seems to watch overseas, people talk in standard Metropolitan city accent. What? is Clueless on an eternal loop over there?

That is absolutely ridiculous. But in all honesty that sounds more like WWE's doing that Sky Sports. I think WWE edited it out before they send the video as they probably think we would be offended. This used to happen quite a lot in the attitude era with stuff being edited out. The Irony being that we can actually show far more 'offensive' stuff over here than in the USA.

I can assure you the people that think this are total idiots. I don't know a single person who isn't at the VERY LEAST aware that there are multiple American accents even if they can't catalogue them. I personally am working on several American accents to wheel out for when I move to the US and see if anyone notices. I suspect people will, but it'll be funny in the meantime. I actually used one of them when I was playing Counter Strike a few years back and then when I started speaking in my real voice they thought THAT was the fake one. Baffling.

Who cares? I mean really? It's just silly and most of the fans who I was sat with were there ironically anyway. When I saw Raw being filmed in Manchester, they did the Divas in the Manchester United shirts thinking that they'd get the crowd on their side... of course, the WWE didn't realise that most Manchester United fans are usually a) not from Manchester, and b) children. Thus, the whole place was booing. Also, because WWE come to UK a couple of times a year, people travel (I travelled from Leeds to Manchester, one of my mates travelled from Liverpool and onther from Wolverhampton, meaning that for a lot of the crowd, it's not their hometown anyway. Also, the fact that Cole was going on about the fact he was joining the ranks of people like Sir Bill Gates and Sir George Bush should have given a clue to the fans that it wasn't real.... at least I hope it did.

Well, this is at least the most extensive editing job since the 'terrorist angle' was removed from the Smackdown that was due to air a few days after the July 7 bombings in London. I'd be interested to know who made the call on this one, and what the particular reasons were but the dirt sheets haven't run much of a story on it.

I'd love to see the WWE try and get Australians on their side by wearing Collingwood jerseys. It's funny because two thirds of the city of Melbourne hate them and the other third supports them.

I honestly expected Alberto Del Rio to come out in an Aston Martin. So the "He's better than James Bond" talk would happen.

Honestly, it's not really THAT bad. It depends what team you support. Stay the f*** away from Millwall, for example.
But even then it'll still be a minority.
There are plenty of stereotypes in Britain anyway, just use the right damn stereotypes.

R-Truth doesn't even know the names of the American cities he is in. How can you expect the WWE to be perfect with their foreign references?

Also with WWE tapings being only bi-annually the amount of fans coming over from all corners of the UK is alot bigger than the US as its a much smaller country. Its not that we UK fans are more intelligent its just that they are performing infront of fans who do not relate to the area as they traveled for the day.

American can't be knighted for one, nor does being knighted make you royalty. Americans can be given honorary knighthood. They can't call themselves Sir, but there's a pretty decent list of Americans that have been knighted. But yea I agree. I wish WWE wouldn't waste time on stupid/silly stuff period, and that definitely includes the stupid England parodies any time their there.

I'd kind of like to see the Queen knight someone and then send them on a quest for the Holy Grail just to f*** with them.
I would.
