Wrestlemania is the only PPV I order all year. I have never been disappointed or regretted it. Same here. If you've never watched a live Wrestlemania on PPV, you should take the plunge and order it. You'll be happy you did.

I don't understand people saying they don't buy it because the DVD will be out in a few months. With all the extras it will be nearly 30 bucks. Why not spend the 25 more and get it live with no music edits and the "What's going to happen next?" mentality AND DVR it? Exactly. Seeing it live is a great feeling. I remember when CM Punk won that first Money in the Bank and I was sitting in a restaurant watching it live. It was an extraordinary moment. Same for Ric Flair's retirement match and (as weird as this might sound) Vickie Guerrero's tribute to Eddie last year. Also, I gotta be honest: it helps to watch it and not read the WM thread on this board or other threads, at least from my POV. It takes me out of the show, especially if I see "burial" comments or unjustifiable bitching. I'm a cynical person a lot of the time, but I can't handle experiencing all of the hate in real time and somehow staying within the world of the product.

I had to miss Wrestlemania 21 and by the time I saw the DVD I knew everything that was going to happen on the show. All of what makes WM awesome had been sucked out of the experience.

It's $65. No, it's not worth it. For $65 I can buy about 10 days worth of groceries which would give me more satisfaction than a 1 night, 3 hour show. I'm not judging, if people can drop it, who am I to look down on them? I'm hanging out with a buddy and going to someone's house who's getting it and we're each pitching in $10.
As for the DVD...eh....RAW is tomorrow, there's the internet, you'd pretty much have to be living under a rock to not know what went down at the show.
