I am watching the first episode of RAW and Max Moon is challenging Shawn Michaels for the Intercontinental Championship. Moon obviously doesn't win the match but for the first few minutes, he was doing pretty well.
Imagine if he had won, how different would the world be if Max Moon were to have won the Intercontinental Championship?

They would have to have changed it to the Intergalactic Championship. (Yes, I know the moon is not in another galaxy. I'm using Vince logic here.)

that would've been a shocker to end all shockers for Raw, it would've made the 123 Kid's victory over Razor look ehh, although I would never diss Paul Diamond, he had nothing going for him to derserve anything like that at the time, espeically with his affair with Tatanka wife.

Originally they were going to push Max Moon really big. He was even getting over at first when it was still Konnan. Then Konnan left and Paul Diamond took the role and screwed it up because he didn't know how to wrestle the lucha libre style.
I'm not saying Max Moon was a good idea or anything(it was totally more of a Lucha Libre gimmick that could have worked in Mexico in the early 90s and in Japan around that time when they had more crazier gimmicks which is where Konnan got the idea from) but I think the gimmick would have done better if Konnan had stayed.

Originally they were going to push Max Moon really big. So, they were going to push him... ...to the moon?

Honestly that match was my only memory of Max Moon. It was my introduction to his character as well and I remember being really impressed with him but I dont recall any other mention of him or any other matches with him afterwards...
