I hope Hall cleans up, not so I can see him perform, but so he's not in a box. And I like Nash, I think he's a likable guy and he makes some good points. But, I'd expect him to get grief for comparing wrestlers and soldiers. That's the only thing there that didn't jive with me.

A lot of people used to think different, but Hall is actually one of the nicest and most genuine guys in wrestling. A lot of the reputation he has garnered over the years has been as a result of hanging out with guys like HBK etc.....

I had no idea he had PTSD. His addictions (while not justified) make so much more sense now, and I feel, like...100 percent sadder for the guy. A lot of people equate PTSD to things like wars, but it can really come from almost anything, especially in childhood.
It really says something about Scott that no matter how many times this happens, people still end up really sad. I find there's a lot of wrestlers people (with good reason) kind of give up hope for, but Scott isn't one of them. I don't think any of us want to believe he's gotten to that point; we just like him too damn much.

Whatever it was, WCW appeared to have made it worse. So did TNA. In a joking sense, it could have been the horrible booking that depressed him. But I'm afraid this is NO joking matter, and it might be best that we not try and deduce or research the real root of the problem.
Instead, we should just do whatever we can as distant fans and friends who might have been blessed to meet Scott Hall. Whaever we believe, compassion is compassion no matter what we choose to do with it.
I will definitely throw a prayer up to the big guy for the Bad Guy.

Scott Hall is a great performer and I'd love nothing more for him to clean up and be clean. However my patience for this type of thing is pretty much non-existent.

Another wrestler I regret not watching as a youngster, and who was awesome in his day, is close to death's door. Even though I never felt like I "knew" him, this makes me very sad. Sending prayers his way.
This line really got to me from Nash:
"The Kliq is a hand. There is 5 of us. Cut a finger off your hand and see how hard it is to make a fist."

if Hall really does have PTSD, I hope he can get the right help for it.

[...] Scott Hall, in his prime was one of the most handsome wrestlers (not homo). [...] Thanks for the clarification, Kev.

Hes pretty close to a lost cause. I hope he turns it all around but it'll take nothing short of a miracle. Its not like going on a diet.

Well, he did look bloated, so that's good. But losing a bunch of it seemingly out of nowhere, that's not.

I don't know if it's the optimist in me, or just not wanting this to end tragically, but hopefully the smile was because he's coming out of the darkness. I don't know if that makes any sense at all, if that came out correctly. Perhaps I'm just grasping at straws.
