Sorry if I caused a problem and my intention was not to troll. I just think it's weird when people ask you to pray for someone who is creating their own problems.
Sorry if I offended anybody.

Sorry if I offended anybody. i think your point about people creating their own problems does have validity, and apology well and truly accepted. I think a lot of us are thinking that this could serve as either one of two extremes, THAT thread cropping up or scott and some of those around him getting what seems to be a well-needed wake up call. It taps into a lot of one-way-or-the-other situations in our own lives, (Albeit not life and death) and makes us root doubly hard for someone who has thrown away their health, in part to entertain us.

Thanks for understanding. I wasn't trying to imply I do not care if he gets better because I honestly do. However, I think Scott has had a lot of chances to get better whereas a lot of people never get that chance. I'm sure addiction can be a terrible thing, but it's not just his pain people should worry about. What about the pain of his own children having to watch this all unfold on the internet? I just feel like more people care about Scott Hall's health than Scott Hall does. That's all I'm saying. Nothing would be better than Scott getting well and taking care of himself. I guess I'm a little biased in regards to alcohol addicts and that is something I should try and work on.

An open letter from Dana Hall:
“To Whomever still cares,
I never wanted to have to write a letter like this again, and it definitely deeply saddens me to do so.
This is not a letter to bash Scott, nor wrestling. This is only the sad truth of them both.
So if you can’t handle it, or don’t want to hear it, then please don’t read this. Denial doesn’t help anyone, and will certainly not help Scott Hall at a time like this.
Nothing has changed since my letter of 13 years ago, except things have gotten worse. Scott is no longer famous; he is infamous.
The only difference is now instead of the big wrestling companies enabling Scott, it is the little independent promoters, a whole lot of wannabe wrestlers, marks and other unsavory people in which he has chosen to surround himself with in his sickness. He has so many wrong people in his life, there is no room for the right ones any longer, most importantly his children and family.
You all know who you are, and whom has been a part of dragging him out like a piece of meat to embarrass himself further. You people are only helping him kill himself, and he is doing a bang-up job of it on his own, he needs no more ‘help!’
Scott was in no shape physically, mentally or emotionally after his heart failure and pacemaker last year. He was not sober for any length of time, nor in recovery. Every door should have been closed to him at that time. It should have been over then, because look where we are right now. Anyone who gives a sick man a job who is not capable of being 100 percent sober, responsible or reliable must be a fool, or worse. I vote for worse.
Anyone with half a brain in his head could see he was not well and he should have been seeking help or his family, not engaging in this profession which only fuels the fire of his addictions. It always has.
Scott is hanging by a very thin thread at best.
Our children, myself and Scott’s family have suffered many, many years of ongoing hurt, pain, disappointment, frustration and embarrassment due to his addictions and the consequences which have followed. Scott has chosen to continue drinking, drugging and to self-destruct. Every attempt at rehabilitation, sobriety and recovery has failed. You can’t help someone who doesn’t want to help himself, and when you do, you are just an enabler and part of the problem.
I am praying anyone still enabling this man will stop now. Anyone telling him what he wants to hear, and not the brutal truth, is not his friend. Anyone aiding in, or giving him an open door/opportunity or participating in any type of wrestling-related event, appearance, video, etc. with him are going to be the last nails in his coffin, and God help you.
He cannot be a part of wrestling at all anymore, and live.
I know the fans love him despite his issues and all of the bad. I know they don’t want to hear this, but I am begging you no matter what you think of me, for the sake of our kids, ‘please let him go.’ Before you have to let him go for good. Our kids need a dad for once, and not a dead wrestler. Let them have what is left of him, in the time he has left.
I pray his true friends will get him to a safe place where he can’t hurt himself anymore. I pray he will get away from the last of the enablers clinging to him. I pray he will devote every second to making amends to his children and making them a priority in this life while he is still here. That is all that matters. My prayer is that Scott would finally realize this before it’s too late. We love you Scott. We do care, we are here, but something’s gotta give, or it is your last call for real.”

Everyone makes mistakes in their lives, and I truly believe that for the most part, people do what they're best equipped to do/handle at the time. Most people don't sit down and say they want to cause pain for those around them, but sometimes it's difficult to see the right path clearly when you're in such a personal hole that the best options may not be visible to you. If you don't have the right tools for the right path (even if you don't realize it), I don't think you can experience the necessary lasting changes.
I sincerely hope that Scott gets what he needs, be it some sort of therapy or whatever that might take. That probably goes beyond just rehab, because it seems that whatever has caused him to seek out substances (in the first place and thereafter) has not been fully addressed. I truly wish for him that he comes out of this with the tools to start fixing the broken parts of him that alcohol/drugs couldn't, for himself and his friends/family.

Just hoping she doesn't make it worse as with the last time she got an open letter published. She did say on twitter that someone had been in contact with him today and that he's "still alive"

Just hoping she doesn't make it worse as with the last time she got an open letter published. What happened last time she got an open letter published?? Looks like X-Pac finally blocked her on Twitter. The latest tweet: LastCall4ScottH update:someone just talked w/him, he's alive, but NOT IN treatment- which means that will not last 2 long -calm b4 the storm

He was nowhere near this bad before she did that. Her published letter caused any website associated with posting it or dealing with her to be brought down by the WCW legal system.

His wife isn't helping matters. This should be dealt with privately.

...I kinda think she had a point about wrestling enabling Hall's problems. So do I. And if watching Last Call w Scott Hall on Youtube is any indication, Larry Zbyszko is one of the enablers as well....

she's definitely got a point, however, now and then she's gone about it the wrong way. Airing his underwear out for the world to see is not going to help him any. Those who are near him KNOW he's got problems. The hoards of internet viewers watching this play by play of Scott Hall's last days will not, can not and are unable to help him in any way.

I'm still confused as to what her intent is. Obviously wrestling fans are going to follow her on this public service, yet she's speaking so cryptically that none of us have any idea what she's talking about. Why make this a riddle? A lot of us are sad about the guy.

A lot of us are sad about the guy. She seems rather unstable and hysterical. I can understand given the circumstances, but I think her public outpouring on twitter has been the wrong way to go to express herself. She's not helping her cause nor helping Scott's condition by making a public spectacle of this.

I haven't followed the actions of Ms. Hall, but I think Hall's actions in the past few years have made a spectacle a lot more than anything she has said on Twitter. What's really sad about this is you can see how much his friends and her care about him and if what Nash said is true, no amount of rehab can ever repair the damage of past abuse. Believe me, I've seen it first hand.

And if watching Last Call w Scott Hall on Youtube is any indication, Larry Zbyszko is one of the enablers as well.... I would LOVE to see how he'd respond to such an accusation. I'm guessing more death threats and claims of outdrawing everyone in history. Anyway, I agree with the people that think this is a private matter, and shouldn't be publicly aired in such a way. If she views wrestling as a bad thing and wants it out of his life, why keep broadcasting these updates to people who are either in the business or follow it closely?
