All the talk about Christian's turn has got people talking about his look again, and how he's looked the same... really ever since he got his hair cut short.
With a few exceptions, he's had the same styled tights (with variations on the 'C' logo) and black boots since 2004-ish, and after having some different base colors like white and such the first few years, they've been black for... a while and continuously since his WWE return.
Another example, Kane. Since he lost the tank top, I think his tights were absolutely the same for what, six, seven years, til he changed them up at last year's Wrestlemania? To a design with even less red, but I digress.
If you disregard the biannual color change for fun and profit, Cena's look has stabilized since what, 2006? Whenever he transitioned away from the marine shorts to his regular jorts again.
Trying to think of who else has been tenured enough that their look's been pretty much the same for a long time...

Triple H has basically looked the same since about 2004 aside from some fluctuating weight and the odd slight facial hair modification.

Kane hasn't changed at all since Unforgiven 2003.

My vote would be Kane as well.
If we want to get ridiculous with this....Stone Cold. His look never really changed ever.

Before his sudden retirement, Edge had the same look since he started the Rated-R Superstar gimmick.

Orton has been wearing the same designs on his trunks since Evolution. He now only wears black as the primary color and the tribal stuff is just an outline rather than being colored in, but still.

The only real differences being whether or not he had a beard, his weight, and the color of the logo on his tights.

That was during his "Flairley Race" days.

I'd say Matt Hardy's had the same general look (same pants, long hair, etc.) for most of his career.

I don't think Booker T has gotten a haircut since WCW went out of business.

Just to be a smartass I have to point out that bald people don't look like they're aging as much because stuff like hairloss isn't really noticable. I'm bald and look much older than I am (and one day, much younger).

Aside from his haircut in 2007, Vince McMahon has looked pretty much the same since 1998.

Rob Van Dam. He's had the same look since the 90s.

Mark Henry's basic look has been the same since 2002, hasn't it? That said, yeah, RVD's looked exactly the same since about 1998 or so, so he might win.

Undertaker's looked pretty much the same since his return as the Deadman in 2004. Well in 2006 he switched from wearing pants to having a whole body singlet. And I think at the rate we are going here, Rey Mysterio has never really changed attire since his arrival in WWE in 2002. Aside from always changing his colors, it's the same type of clothes: Boots, Mask, Baggy Pants, Gloves (and Knee Brace).

R Truth has pretty much had the exact same look since he debuted as K-Kwik in 2000.

If Edge was still wrestling I would vote for Edge. Big Show had the same look forever, except for the times when he forgot to shave his head and had some hair stubble. JTG always had the same look and same with Hornswoggle. Evan Bourne had the same look since the indies.

JTG always had the same look and same with Hornswoggle. Evan Bourne had the same look since the indies. Not Big Show. There was a point.....I wanna say around the time Paul Heyman was GM on Smackdown, where Big Show was changing his look every couple months. Sometimes he'd be bald, sometimes he'd have short hair. Sometimes he'd have a beard, other times clean shaven, and the mustache would alternate back and forth. It was odd. And, at one point(and I MIGHT be imagining this, so if I'm wrong, correct me), didn't he have an outfit that basically amounted to some kind of black pants over his usual singlet?
