If Edge was still wrestling I would vote for Edge. Big Show had the same look forever, except for the times when he forgot to shave his head and had some hair stubble. JTG always had the same look and same with Hornswoggle. Evan Bourne had the same look since the indies. Not Big Show. There was a point.....I wanna say around the time Paul Heyman was GM on Smackdown, where Big Show was changing his look every couple months. Sometimes he'd be bald, sometimes he'd have short hair. Sometimes he'd have a beard, other times clean shaven, and the mustache would alternate back and forth. It was odd. And, at one point(and I MIGHT be imagining this, so if I'm wrong, correct me), didn't he have an outfit that basically amounted to some kind of black pants over his usual singlet? Don't remember that time, but during Jerishow he changed to a two-tone blue singlet and only had a goatee.

JTG always had the same look and same with Hornswoggle. Evan Bourne had the same look since the indies. Edge was like Show in that he had a lot of minor variations on the same basic look. His hair went through a few different lengths. He'd go from goatee to scruff to hobo beard to trimmed beard. He also had the sleeveless vest/skully look during his Rated RKO days.

Well, prior to his permanent retirement, Shawn Michaels basically had those big pants that have had design variations since Wrestlemania 21 in 2005. He used his old tights from late 2002 to early 2005. I can only guess that some of his more original tights (I'm talking about the old broken hearts tights) were the ones he wore at Wrestlemania XIX, and the tights he wore at Survivor Series 2002 and the tights he wore on Raw when he wrestled RVD. Though I hated his short hair look.

Somebody mentioned Matt Hardy but he changed to those jobberific tights near the end of his WWE run.

Rob Van Dam. He's had the same look since the 90s. Only thing changed about RVD is the amount of Swamp Ass his airbrushed tights show.

As far as in-ring gear is concerned, John Cena has been wearing the shorts, Jordans, double-wristbands and headband combo for over 7 years.

Has John Cena aged tremendously bad over the years or is it just his current hairstyle that makes him look old?

HBK essentially had the same look his entire singles run. Sure, he made a few alterations to update it with the times (& association w/ DX), but his ring attire was generally the same look.
On a semi-related note... Marty Jannetty's look never changed over the course of his entire career. Edge pretty much looked the same his entire career.
Jeff Jarrett's worn the same tights since 98.

Finlay in 1998. Finlay today. Around 1999/2000 when he started teaming with Brian Knobbs he would wear this sort of militant looking gear. Here we go.

I'd say Triple H has looked the same since late 1999. The only real differences being whether or not he had a beard, his weight, and the color of the logo on his tights. Those are kind of some big differences though. He looked pretty bad in late 03. Wow I didn't remember him ever looking that rough. And I forgot that he went through a phase where he wore white boots and different colored tights for a little while in 2003. So I'll say he's looked the same since 2004 or so...which means he's had the same basic look for about the same amount of time as Kane. How about Booker T? Aside from the length of his dreads he's looked basically the same for his entire WWE career. Even when he was King Booker, his ring gear didn't change much. Maybe had a different logo on them or something but you'll be hard pressed to find a wrestler these days that wears the exact same tights for very long.

Rob Van Dam. He's had the same look since the 90s. Damn, you're absolutely right. RVD in ECW 1998 or so: RVD in TNA 2010 or 2011:

I just remembered something. Does anybody remember Randy Orton's short-lived "RKO" trunks? The ones he wore at Survivor Series 2004? Even his 2002 trunks lasted longer than those trunks did.

I think Arn Anderson has pretty much looked the same these past hundred years.
