I might be in the minority, but I liked it.
Sure, Cena won, but Truth really had no chance considering he's banned from Canada and it'd be bad business to have someone who can't go up there as your champion.
The matches were solid and the setting memorable. I only really had a problem with the quiet crowd.
What did you think?

On the basis of matches, it was a good PPV. Horrible skits with the Obama clone though, got some bad memories of mid-90's when they tried the same stuff with Clinton. Not even crazy Bob Backlund saved those.

The way the results read, I'm glad I decided not to go.

This PPV could have featured a Taker vs. Michaels 1 level match, and I still would have hated it once they rolled out that absolutely terrible Obama impersonator. He looked nothing like Obama! A black man in a suit does not equal The President.

Obviously Truth would have never won, but the match itself really bored me. In fact, most of the matches did, aside from the opener. Del Rio/Show was okay, but with a weird, bland finish. Rey/Punk was slow but had a neat ending. Everything else was just...there.
Except for the Obama skits. Those were just terrible.

It was the worst WWE PPV in a while. It was a very bad 3 hour Raw. That kind of feeling.

It was okay. The Obama skits were brutal though.

It seemed like almost every match was in slow motion.

The matches were okay at best, and the filler was so painfully unfunny that it's going to be Gooker-level material come December.
In short: Matches- Okay. Filler- Terrible bordering on worse than KotR '95. Overall: Bad.

Nothing will ever be worse than KOTR 1995.
This however was a very lackluster PPV, with a main event that looked like it was in slow motion. I voted bad.

matches were enjoyable but some weird finishes. Kofi/Dolph was great until the weird finish. Punk/Mysterio was good. Cena/Truth had a bad finish IMO but it was good until then. The Obama stuff was beyond awful and the random bring Keith Stone out to the ring, but cut video package before he does anything was stupid.
Honestly, it could have been good to me if not for the stupid finishes and all the Obama stuff.

I thought it was fine, a throwaway show though. I really enjoyed Punk vs. Rey a lot, thought Dolph vs. Kofi was really good action wise, thought Orton vs. Christian was still good, albeit a level below their previous matches. I might be in the minority, but I liked the Miz vs. Riley match- only problem for me with it was the level of crowd heat. Given the greenness Riley's shown, and Miz being a pretty average worker, it was actually a bit better than I expected. Bourne vs. Swagger was fine I thought, nothing amazing, nothing wrong with it. Jackson-Barrett wasn't good, about what I expected with those two.
Del Rio-Big Show wasn't something I expected anything decent from either ... at least the Henry spot was a cool visual. Main Event sucked, but I dunno, I guess I wasn't too bummed about that as I didn't think Truth and Cena were likely to have that good a match to begin with. I like Truth's character a lot, but his matches seem like they can be clunky and have a hard time hitting that next level to me a lot of the time ... I might be alone on that.
Anyhow, I thought it was a fine show .... Over The Limit was worse to me, honestly, despite the Orton vs. Christian match being better than anything on here. The whole way that Main Event was laid out left a worse taste in my mouth than this one. My opinion could be skewed, as I think I'm higher on the Punk vs. Rey match than some people who just thought it was "good", and I kind of just saw this as a throw away show where I was mostly hoping the matches I thought would be good delivered, and that they'd give Riley the win. Nothing that was bad really surprised me. Also, the fact that I just left the room for the Obama skits and got food could have me feeling less down on the show than others.

a little lackluster, but some great bouts (Rey/Punk & Ziggler/Kofi were **** affairs)...the skits (whether Truth or Obama) were really terrible though

I enjoyed it. I wish Cena had had to use a top rope AA or had gotten consecutive offense for the win. I did not like Orton's belt shot interuptin Christian's arguement about the ropes and the heel announcer being the only one who was right about it.

I actually really liked it. I found myself yelling at the more than a few times, so I take that to be "entertained."
