Is there anyone else that thinks if WWE gets Shaq on board for the road to Wrestlemania, anyone seeing Big Show winning the title and then defending it against Shaq?
People say Rock/Cena doesn't need the title, but is it too much of a gimmick to have Shaq getting a title shot?
Or is this EXACTLY what McMahon wants?

Big Show vs. Shaq = Good
Big Show vs. Shaq for any championship = Bad

It's better than Rock / Cena.

Honestly, I don't think I'd mind seeing Shaq versus Show. But please, don't make it a title match.

For the title? You don't need a title in an attraction match like that.
As far as the actual match? I personally wouldn't want to see it, but I can understand why it would be good for business as a special attraction at Mania to help get more buys and attention from the mainstream and from casual viewers.

Funny thing is, that exact same statement could be applied to Rock / Cena.

I don't even want to see this as a non-title match. What exactly is the appeal? That they're both big? Awesome.

Idk. I just hate it when non wrestlers come in, beat the actual wrestlers and then go away.
Big Show's gonna be there the next day...Shaq isn't. So why make one of your top stars lose to Shaq? That's basically saying that Shaq is on par with WWE's top guys, yet WWE tries to sell their superstars as the toughest athletes in the world... I remember being SO PISSED when Mayweather beat Big Show. I thought that was so f***ing ridiculous
There's a reason why neither Piper nor Orndorff were actually pinned by Mr. T. There's a reason why Piper was DQ'd in the Boxing Match. Put the celebrity over in a certain way, but don't sacrifice your own credibility

Well, I don't want to see Big Show with the belt anytime soon, so that's a no for me. However, I don't see a problem with Shaq being in the ring at all, considering he's an elite athlete, a fan, and a big time celeb. The thing is, it might just be me, but I'd rather see Show and Shaq team up instead since they're both funny guys.

Funny thing is, that exact same statement could be applied to Rock / Cena. I totally don't think Cena/Rock needs to be for the title. The Rock/Hogan didn't need to be for the title. If anything, having it be for the title would make me think that The Rock has even less chance of winning then if it didn't involve any titles. However, WWE has already talked-up the possibility of the match being a title match with Cena vowing to remain WWE Champion. Since WWE has decided to tease that it will be for the title, it almost should be now in an odd way. WWE has already said that this match will be the biggest ever and Cena has talked about how it needs to be for the title. It almost has to be now that they have said that.

The guy wasn't able to fight Big Show, he just had a small army, some decent weapons, and a lot of luck - thought they booked it very well.

Big Show is perma over though. He could lose to anyone and anything, show up the next day and still be taken serious.
And its Wrestlemania, faces rule the day, and the celebs are usually treated like faces. Plus most celebs aren't even going to agree unless they go over. At least someone like Mayweather who's reputation is needed for his sport.

If Show vs Mayweather didn't get a title involved, Show vs Shaq wouldn't either.

What did Big Show ever do to get in all these WrestleMania gimmick matches.
Although I did really like his match with Mayweather.
