I loved that move when Dean Malenko was doing it, was sad Eddie stopped doing right before he died (teasing a face turn), plus it made sense since he was actually from Texas. Now we have Sheamus. Hey, Irishman, cloverleaf, it still makes sense.
Razor's edge, Cloverleaf, brough kick. I'm starting to really dig Sheamus. I mark for multiple finishers.

Not bad.

I liked it and hope he keeps it as a secondary finisher but prefer he uses the brogue kick as his main finisher.

I'm just happy someone's using it again. Here's hoping he makes it a regular finisher.

D-Lo Brown used to do a pretty nice one, too.

I thought he might of been going for Finlay's old Celtic Knot, but I still like the Cloverleaf. Just watch now as the announcers give it some form of "funny" name with an Ireland reference, like the Pot 'o Gold Hold or Leprechaun Lock.

It should be called the 4 Leaf Clover.

Isn't it basically a Sharpshooter, only without stepping through your opponent's legs?

I like it when wrestlers have an alternate submission finisher that they bust out from time to time.
I used to enjoy Dean Malenko hitting a double underhook powerbomb and then transitioning into the Texas Cloverleaf. I also love when a wrestler applying the cloverleaf completely flips the opponent over into with the Cloverleaf instead of turning them over. Does that make sense?

Well, first they love me, and then they don't. Sometimes they do it, and sometimes they won't.

When they kinda just lift them up and step forward into it? I think that looked better than turning them over too.

I was thrilled he used it. I've been wondering if anyone was going to ever step up and use the move again. It's a great move and if someone that big applies it, that has to hurt lol.

I love that he used it....it's about time someone did.
I have to admit though....I wish his regular finisher was the Razor's Edge instead of the Brouge Kick. That should be only used as a setup move or a quick out of no where move.

Edge & Stevie Richards were probably in the running while they still wrestled. Stevie Richards had finishers?! When he was on Heat, he won quite a few times. I think Edge even said in an interview "I tried to get as many moves with my name in them as I could, but I stopped when I couldn't beat Stevie Richards's amount."
