We wish CM Punk the best in his future endeavours.
Predict that.

Why is it that only Punk and Austin are working on trying to set up this great feud between one another and the WWE just doesn't seem to listen? I really hope they prove me wrong tomorrow.

Well, can't say he's wrong. Even if they did book them in a feud, their track record says they would probably f*** it up somewhere.

Only if it's '97 Austin. Couldn't care less about 'Stunner, Stunner, Beerkake' Austin.

Austin has only recently been hinting at doing more in ring stuff though. The Tough Enough thing and the little scuffle with Riley.

If The Rock has creative influence over his thing with Cena and Taker and HHH booked their WrestleMania thing, then I think Stone Cold can guide anything he does now.

I know right.
If Austin straight out told WWE "I'll wrestle if you give me Punk at Wrestlemania", then it'll happen.

He must feel pretty comfortable.

He must feel pretty comfortable. Punk's probably made enough money at this point that he could be comfortable if they fired him, and good enough that it would probably take a LOT for WWE to actually want to do it.

So, how does he manage to get away with tweeting (or re-tweeting) this?

So, how does he manage to get away with tweeting (or re-tweeting) this? Because he just don't give a f***. Like Rican said Punk doesn't need WWE as much as they need him.

That, and he's probably got more leeway than most.
Hell, isn't Zack basically doing the same thing? Just not as super direct, and with a little more comedy?

He must feel pretty comfortable. By most accounts he a) doesn't give a flying f*** and b) is leaving in a few months so yeah, I'd imagine he does.

Still, it's a little unprofessional to talk trash (even indirectly) about the company that gave you worldwide exposure, no?

Still, it's a little unprofessional to talk trash (even indirectly) about the company that gave you worldwide exposure, no? Well, arguably, he already had worldwide exposure. Sure, he wasn't as big as he is now, but I didn't even hear about Matt Sydal until he joined WWE. Punk, like Danielson and a few others, I knew prior to them coming to the 'E.

Not too impressed with Punk's prediction, it's the equivalent of telling someone that they are going to die one day

Why are people so desperate for CM Punk to get a stunner and a beer bath? You do know that's the only way a feud w/ them can go right? Austin is retired, so there would never be a match. Even if there was, Punk would job.
