The topic says it all.
I'm a huge Bryan fan, so I'd love to think that they'd trust him with the Smackdown belt, but in my heart of hearts, I feel like he'll be the first guy to lose. I could also see him losing the case to a guy like Rhodes or Christian somehow. I'm going with a loss after cashing it in, but I hope I'm wrong.

I see him losing the briefcase to Cody Rhodes.

I think he can win at Wrestlemania. There will be bigger matches on the card in any case, and its feasible with some build that he could wrestle the 3rd or 4th most important match, but perhaps not in the main or semi main event. Ideally, he would wrestle Sheamus to make up for what happened at the past WM. They're both excellent, and deserve it.
If he gets to have a reasonably long world title match at Wrestlemania, I don't care if he loses.

Right now he's nowhere near over enough to be champion, so putting the title on him right away would be retarded. As I've said before, the best case scenario is that they spend the next several months building him up as a credible challenger, then have have him give the champ advance notice before cashing in. Ideally he would lose in a very close contest, then spend several more months being built up as a future champion. Eventually he wins, and it's a much bigger moment because of all the effort invested in building to it.
But having read the SD spoilers, I get the feeling they're going the Mr. Kennedy route.

I think he's going to get a slow buildup, they have no reason to just shove him into the title picture now. Not to mention outside of the IWC he could use some time to prove his legit as a fighter. I see this as them giving themselves a nice long term project to prove his badassery.

Announces his cash in date, gets screwed out of the match, losing the case, and snaps, turning heel.

I'm a cynical guy by nature. For some reason though, this almost never affects my views on wrestling. So I say he wins it, and it will be glorious.

I think he'll cash in and win the title...but hold off on cashing in any time soon.
At least, that's the logical thing to do imo.

He wins the title and renames it the Vegan world title. He defends the title against wrestlers like Tofu Mulligan and Bean Curd Vachon.

He will get the benefit of a long build to cash in at WM. The match will be a show stealer. Can't say whether he will win or lose but as long he gets his time in on the bigest stage I'll be happy.
One thing I would love to see is him beat up Cole. I know it's not a novel concept but it is a great way to get some support without costing anybody else their heat. I would play it out like this.
In ring inteview Cole: Does his usual mockery of DB only a bit harsher. DB: Hey Cole remember when you and Jerry were fighting a few months ago? Cole: Smugly replies yes. DB: Remeber how you had that clause that King couldn't put his hands on you? Cole: yes DB: I dont have that Clause. Cole tries to run but DB beats him mercilessly to delight of everyone. Cole tones down his comments against DB as a result.
