Am I the only one (and I'm sure I'm not) who found it funny that while the SD match had the alleged botch machine Sin Cara in it, that it was the RAW match that was botchtastic? From Truth's trying to nail Swagger with the ladder to Miz's fall (which is debatable as a botch) to Kofi f'ing up and landing on Swagger, I thought that Maffew guy had put the match together.
don't get me wrong, there were some damn good moments in it, and it was fun to watch...but the SD match just overshadowed it.

Yeah, but at the same time, it gave the match that "crash TV, anything can happen" genuine feel, which really added to the whole concept of the match.
It doesn't excuse the botches, but I didn't mind.

Don't forget ADR screwing up the ending by falling off the ladder and crashing into the one beside him (though it actually made the ending better).

I liked the Smackdown one a lot better, but ya, botches in ladder matches kind of work, as evidenced by the RAW ladder match ending.

I do admit to marking when Miz hobbled out to try to win. And I am far from a Miz fan.

It was pretty funny how all of the ladders kept falling over, especially towards the end. I enjoyed it a good bit though.

It was like a car crash at times, but it was more realistic that way.

there were alot of workers in the Smackdown match that fit the style of match. so it's going to be better. I mean, everyone came out of that great, except for Heath Slater, who the crowd apparently REALLY doesn't like.
Alex Riley - only face to get a pop Heath Slater - only heel to get heel heat

And you put that many ladders and that many people in a ring -- which bounces and gives, unlike a floor, which is stable -- and they tend to fall over and stuff. It's physics.

From Truth's trying to nail Swagger with the ladder t. What I don't get about this is that they replayed it like twice... when he obviously missed swagger the first two times he attempted... not to mention moving in slow motion up the ladder to begin with.

I liked the Raw one better actually. The guys in the ring had more chemistry. The smackdown one while had good spots did not draw me in.
