If there's any title that needs help the most, it's the Tag Team titles.

I'd rename the Divas division to the Womens division and get real female wrestlers to compete in it. Keep Beth, Kharma and the rest and get some good female talent who are being overlooked because Johnny Ace is too busy hiring models.

The tag team division can get more guys on tv and still be one unit. I've talked numerous times about wanting to rehire Caylen Croft and Shad Gaspard because their tag team partners are doing nothing. Cryme Tyme were over like crazy together, and the Dudebusters can be a team that does well if given the opportunity. I think people do want to see tag team wrestling, and like, it can be a good draw.

Crusierweight.
We need some fresh for all the high-flying guys who are doing nothing.
Kofi, Bourne, Cara, Bryan, and so on. These guys could steal the show if the title was brought back. Bring it back to Smackdown.

Tag Team, though I like both the Crusierweight & Diva Divisions I feel the TT Division could be the bigger draw.

Divas for me. A bunch of talented women being wasted at the moment.

I think I could forgive WWE for a lot of things if they just had a tag team division that was salvaged. I'm not talking about settling for tag team stuff like Money Inc. and Natural Disasters. But, I mean, REALLY salvaging the tag team division. I would love that so so so much.

Tag teams. Theres no excuse not to.
Another Tag Team suggestion. Drew McIntyre and William Regal. Have them keep their heelish ways in the ring, but have them do comedy skits to push them into the tweener zone.

The tag titles need some decent feuds and storylines. That could be accomplished, even with makeshift teams...I even have a long term plan for the Tag Titles
On NXT, Derrick Bateman is eliminated after only returning for a few weeks. As he is cutting his goodbye promo, Johnny Curtis comes out to the ring. He whispers in Bateman's ear, who apparently likes Curtis' idea and they leave the ring together.
The New Nexus make an appearance on SmackDown. Otunga grabs the stick, cutting a promo about how CM Punk held the Nexus back. He declares that he and McGillicutty alone will bring Nexus back to its former glory.
Suddenly Johnny Curtis appears on the Titantron. He states that even though his pro R-Truth is “currently indisposed” he still has a right to challenge for the Tag Team Titles.
Otunga and McGillicutty respond to this by laughing, saying that no one in the WWE would give him the time of day, much less team up with him in a match,
The image on the Titantron pans out to show Curtis playing horseshoes with Derrick Bateman. Curtis manages to score a ringer, and then exclaims “I got a ringer.” (referring to Bateman himself). Curtis and Bateman come out to the ring, for an improptu Tag Title match. They win become the new WWE Tag Team Champions.
The Nexus immediately invoke their rematch clause for SummerSlam. At the PPV the RAW GM chimes in, and adds another team to the match, making it a triple threat. Cody Rhodes music hits and Rhodes and DiBiase make their way to the ring. The triple threat tag match consists mostly of DiBiase playing a “heel in peril” against the other two teams.
Eventually DiBiase makes a comeback and attempts to tag Cody into the match, but Cody hops off the apron and walks out on his partner. The audience is expecting Ted to get double teamed and pinned right then and there, but instead Cody's abandonment only serves to enrage Ted, and he dominates Curtis in an “almost Super Cena-like fashion” until McGillicutty jumps in to break up the pin. A brawl breaks out between Nexus and Curtis/Bateman; they seemingly have forgotten about DiBiase. Bateman throws Otunga out of the ring and does a suicide dive to the outside. As Curtis clotheslines McGillicutty out of the ring, DiBiase, still the legal man, sneaks up from behind and hits Dream Street on Curtis, winning the tag titles on his own. Cody comes back down to the ring, and he demands that Ted hand him one of the tag belts. Ted looks at Cody angrily, but reluctantly obliges. Cody smiles evilly, and laughs maniacally; walking out was all part of his plan to bring out Ted's true potential.
The next night on RAW, Rhodes and DiBiase come out to the ring, where Rhodes proclaims that his mission is complete. Cody proclaims that not only has he helped Ted find redemption, Ted has helped him. Because the Tag Team Champions are one of the select few allowed to appear on both brands, Cody proclaims that Ted has given him the means to dominate the entire WWE.
Rhodes and DiBiase continue to defend the tag titles on SmackDown against The Usos and Curtis/Bateman who have invoked their rematch clause. Only to lose.
Meanwhile on RAW, DiBiase has a singles match against Alex Riley. Riley wins, only to be the victim of a two on one beatdown, and getting a bag put over his head. After the match, Riley is being tended to by the trainers, and The Miz shows up. Miz teases Riley for getting bagged, which angers him.
The next week, Riley faces Rhodes. Rhodes manages to beat Riley cleanly, and he again gets a bag put on his head. The Miz confronts Riley in the locker room again and mocks him, saying that he "dumped Riley like yesterday's garbage" and "garbage needs to be bagged."
Riley then challenges Cody and Ted to a 2 on 1 handicap match the following week. Riley fights valiantly, but the two on one situation is too much, and he ultimately loses, and gets bagged a third time. Again Miz shows up in the locker room to make fun of Riley. Miz tells his former friend, "Stop trying. You will never be successful without me. Because I'm The Miz, and I'm Awesome."
The next week, Riley, tired of being insulted by his former mentor, challenges The Miz to a match. Cody and Ted march down at ringside. Eventually, Ted gets on the apron only to get a right hand from A-Ry. The Miz takes advantage of the distraction and hits the Skull Crushing Finale for the win. As the Miz celebrates, Rhodes and DiBiase enter the ring and assault A-Ry. The Miz just stands there and stares at his former rival as Rhodes and DiBiase beat down on him. Cody then hands Miz a paper bag, wanting him to do the honors of bagging his former protege. Miz refuses, turning face by attacking Cody and Ted, and helping Riley to his feet.
Miz and Riley feud with Rhodes and DiBiase, not only for the tag titles, but for the privilege of appearing on both brands. Miz and Riley become the new Tag Team Champions. Miz becomes the top face of the RAW brand, and Riley becomes a secondary face on SmackDown, with the two of them defending the tag titles on free TV while each of them continue to pursue singles endeavors as well.
