I think this belongs here, seeing how Punk is currently in the WWE. An interesting hypothetical question has been floating around my mind for several days now. Unquestionably CM Punk is one of the most loved things of the IWC, while TNA/IW is one of the most hated. So, even though it will likely never happen, I want to get everybody views on this potential controversy while Punk is still at the pinnacle of mainstream exposure in the E. I myself do not really care in all honesty, as long as Punk can be Punk I'll watch him in ROH, WWE or *gasp* even TNA/IW. Of course this is because I have lost interest in the E the past few years, and no longer see it as the be all end all of pro wrestling which I once did.

Nah, he's pretty much got me as a fan unless he goes off the deep end mentally.

I can't see him going there in any circumstances after the way he's seen his boys like Joe and 'Cide get booked. Not a chance.

I'd be absolutely shocked, considering his past disdain for that company. I think he'd rather go back to ROH to try to kick TNA's ass and become the number 2 company.
That said, right now, I really don't watch Impact. Haven't since late 06. But, if he went there, I'd start watching on a weekly basis again.

Punk going to TNA would be like Mike Tyson circa 1986 competing in a Golden Gloves tournament. What's the point?

Depends on how they use him, because I never thought I wouldn't be a Kurt Angle mark, but I'm so bored of him, so it could go the same way

9 times out of 10, I don't give two craps where a wrestler works. I'll watch a match from any company, as long as I like at least one of the people in it.

It wouldn't make me dislike Punk, but it wouldn't make me watch TNA either. That company is so terrible that literally nothing short of a complete management and creative overhaul would ever make me give it another shot.

Considering half my favorite wrestlers work there anyway...
I'm not even a Punk mark, but souring on him because of where he works is just ridiculous.

I don't watch TNA so it would make no difference one way or another if he went there or not.

I'd rather see Punk in front of a live Raw crowd but I'd watch him in TNA. I think he'd be misused there but I'd watch him there.

Yes because they will misuse him.
