As has already been said, the Usos just aren't over. Even if they were, the current plan appears to be to have transitional face champs to get the belts onto Miz and R-Truth at NOC. I don't think being used in that way would do the Usos much good as a team, better to build them up to having a proper run should they manage to get over.

This exactly. How are people going to care about the tag division as a whole when it's centered around two midcarders who clearly only have the titles because Creative has nothing better for them to do? I think that argument would be a bit more solid if you didn't go with a team that hasn't been relevant for over 10 years. Kofi and Bourne will tag together for a few months, lose the title, and break up for no reason. It's been the formula for the tag division for the past year or so. I see no evidence that that formula is going to change anytime soon.
