I just had a thought today. With Kevin Nash being brought in, there's the possibility that X-Pac could be brought in too. And then the prospect of a match against CM Punk intrigued me. I don't know if he still plans on wrestling as I thought I heard his shows at Chikara were the last times he'd be in the ring, but I bet if the WWE asked him, he'd still do it. And now that he's been on pretty good behavior recently, I've started to like him again, though I've always thought he was good in the ring, even with the X-Pac heat.
Anyway, I think Punk vs Pac has the potential to be a good match, even if they do it once, preferably for a PPV. So, do you want it? Do you think it could happen? Do you care?

Kliq vs Punk in a handicap match. Stack the odds.

Supposedly Pac can't pass a blood test because of Hep. C. and WWE won't allow workers with Hep. C, especially after the scare with Bob Orton, Jr. and Undertaker. It would be a good match if they allow X-Pac to do what he can do. I urge anyone to watch the 2011 King of Trios to see that he still can go.

I would love to see that match. I question if this generation of fans will move much for an X-pac comeback but I've always been a fan and never bought into the idea of "X-pac heat". The hep C thing probably won't allow it to happen but I think we could still see X-pac bump around for Punk.

I need proof that A) he has Hep C and B) WWe won't allow him to work because of that I can't PROVE either of those, but I can give some details about the Hep C. That indy worker Hannibal has said (you can search on youtube) that he couldn't get a job with WWE because he tested positive for Hep. C. This was after they had already worked out a developmental deal pending his test results. Bob Orton, Jr. was going on the road with WWE during the Undertaker-Randy Orton feud. He even bled during the Hell in a Cell. When WWE found out he had Hep. C. they were furious and abruptly he was sent home. Does X-Pac really have it? I've never heard him admit it, but I've read it repeatedly. Does that make it true? No. WWE is a publicly traded, international company. They are really smart to not allow wrestlers with Hep. C. to perform for them.

Wasn't X-Pac pulled from a TNA PPV because of Hep C?

Wasn't X-Pac pulled from a TNA PPV because of Hep C? Again, proof? I believe it would be hard to prove as I don't think a company like WWE or TNA would publicly announce something like this. It's a private matter for the performers. Supposedly this has been Desmond Wolfe's issue too, but people within TNA haven't disclosed it due to privacy. Obviously he has returned to ROH as an ANNOUNCER. I think they would offer the same discretion to X-Pac if he tested positive. If you do a google search for "Waltman Hepatitis" you will find several reports that claim that Waltman himself has revealed it.

I would have no problem with this happening (assuming he doesn't have Hep C - we never really got confirmation on that, did we?).
In fact, I'm pretty sure that match would f***ing rule.

That would be a great match. I always thought X-Pac was underated as a wrestler and I think his and Punk's styles would mesh well.

So where's the CM Punk vs Scott Hall thread? [CM Punk looks at Hall.] [Hall looks at Punk] Punk:"Do I even need to say anything?" Hall:"No I get it. You are better than me-GAAAAAAAAAH"[starts acting like a chicken]

Generico got a great match out of Waltman, no doubt Punk can too.

I would mark so hard if they could do this. Waltman has been having some good showings lately, and a mini feud with Punk would be incredible, if booked properly. Pleeeeease, do this instead of a match with Nash.
