I will simply point you to the Royal Rumble this year. Nash got the biggest pop of the night arguably. Yeah. In Madison Square Garden, which arguably has the smarkiest crowd WWE pulls in. The Staples Center crowd was dead for Nash. The Royal Rumble was in Boston, not at Madison Square Garden.

I think I just witnessed the biggest piece of s*** WWE has ever produced. He did 1 move and is champion. Totally undeserving. Just like Punk's first two reigns, but I bet that's somehow different because he's Punk And Punk's first two reigns were shit.

I don't get the complaining. It's all just inherently negative for NO reason. News for the armchair bookers: not everything is going to go EXACTLY the way you wanted it to. Cry more, if you feel like that's going to make you enjoy the product, but the fact is this: You have NO f***ing clue what's going to happen tomorrow. None of you. I can't remember the last time WWE has sustained unpredictability like this. So, instead of naysaying everything that wasn't booked exactly how you would book it, shut up and WATCH. SEE what's going to happen. You don't KNOW. So shut up and stop acting like you do. Jesus. It's the MOST annoying thing about smarks. HAVE FUN. I actually think the most annoying thing about smarks is how they tell other smarks what to do and posture about how annoying smarks are, as if they're not smarks themselves. But hey, what do I know? I'm just a dumbass smark. (For the record, I totally agree that this could end up being good, but I think we should live and let live when it comes to people's immediate gut reactions to a pay-per-view ending. I mean, come on. Would it kill you just to let people vent for a few seconds?) If the venting is just stupidity, yes. It does. No one wants to hear people cry like babies. You're adults. Articulate your feelings like them. "THIS SUCKS CUZ I DONT LIKE IT WAH WAH WAH. DEL RIO IS STALE CHAMP WAHHHH." I'd call you out if you were talking about ANYTHING. Wrestling doesn't get an exemption.

Ok, let's all not have an opinion at all and just sit there. Let's never talk on this forum again or express any opinion that may be contrary. I'm still watching and I didn't care for the finish. I'll still watch tomorrow. I still didn't care for the finish of the match. Sue me. frankly I'm getting to the point I wouldn't mind if we just talked about, say, quality of matches, instead of complaining about WWE's booking

I'd much rather have this than another ho-hum ending with Cena predictably winning due to H's intervention.

So wait a sec: - Cena gets screwed out of the title - Cena starts to give HHH hate
- Punk gets to celebrate with HHH, not accepting his handshake. - Punk then gets attacked by Kevin Nash, to the dismay of HHH.
- Del Rio wins title
and stephanie mcmahon is there as well, for some reason.
There are a lot of different ways they can take this. The only thing i really dont like is stephanie mcmahon in this whole thing. Both Punk and Cena got screwed which should be interesting. I think it was a decent finish, but nothing compared to the final minutes of MITB.

Nah, that was real bad. They went from confused silence to total silence. Not a good way to end a show. All the heat they had generated (with a dead crowd, I might add), and they pissed it away in about 6 minutes. It's pretty impressive, I think. No one wanted to see that. And I don't even mean in a "boo the heel" kind of way, I mean that in a "no one wanted to see that" kind of way. And then no Ricardo having an orgasm, which at least would have been a payoff. lol. Ah yes, let's crap on it before its gone anywhere. If we did that every show then no storylines would ever be built. I'm usually quick to jump on horses*** but sorry, I fail to see this as horses***. The crowd was questionable all night so I don't think the "lack of reaction" is a fair judgement. Kevin Nash just ran in on the main event at Summerslam, if that doesn't intrigue you then lets look at the fact Punk did win...but then lost to Del Rio doing a shock cash in...does that still not intrigue you? Then sorry I don't what the hell you wanted from tonight. Perhaps Punk to sit cross legged in the ring and call Dixie Carter a see you next Tuesday? The new WWE direction is exciting, fresh, new and somewhat unpredictable. A match with a finish. That's what I wanted, that's what they promised. A match with a finish, screwjob or not. You bring up Dixie Carter, well this was pretty TNA like. But like I said, there are some people who will lap up ANYTHING the WWE does. You could have Big Vis against Loch Ness in a "Biggest fart" match and someone would say it was the best thing done in 20 years. This was one of the worst finishes to a show in years. Alot of stuff happened that didn't need to happen. The first finish stunned and confused the crowd and the second left them silenced. If you think that's good booking, I don't know what to tell you. They had something really hot and killed it. Obviously because of how the show ended, that's the blowoff. They're both faces. Neither is the champ. They will no longer be facing each other.

Oh, and the match itself (Punk/Cena) was really good, an improvement on the first one as far as workratez IMO. Felt like a poor man's version of HBK/UT at WM 26 where they drew upon all the spots from the first meeting and added twists, truly a "Sequel" type of match. But that finish... ughhhh, deflated the entire crowd, as they were all expecting Zombie Gorilla Monsoon to come out and restart the match.

One thing I've been annoyed with with this latest tear they've been on was people saying every turn how it was completely ruined or something. I for one was not so happy with how it turned out (more of a fan of Ricardo than Del Rio, and the foot on the rope finish was kinda...bleh), but I was sure entertained. I can't be disappointed with what I just got to see, because I was entertained and that's really all that can be asked for.

On the bright side, now CM Punk can pipe bomb on the Kliq for all thier years of bullshit. With any luck, he'll be "the one" who takes down the KliqMahon Regime that's been ruining things for the last 15 years, culminating with Triple H at 'Mania.

Nah, more like upset because Del Rio sucks, is boring and we now have to deal with Kevin Nash's middle aged, stick legged, Grecian hair formula'd worthless ego and more Kliq bullcrap that shouldn't have been seen since after 1996 And the hatred for Del Rio didn't start until after Punk won the WWE Championship. That's not completely true. They're has been some threads complaining about how boring the guy is. As it is, I don't have a problem with Del Rio as champion. My big fear is with Nash and HHH and Steph back this somehow turns into another damn Mcmahon storyline which is the last damn thing we need after two months of good storyline.

Here's the thing. I would have been okay with a Cena victory (1-1, go for the rubber match), or a Punk victory (2-0, Cena gets to do something new in an angle). I was even sort of expecting the ADR run-in, since he's been about to do it since MITB- it was hardly a state secret that he wanted a crack at a unified title. But there is no way I will pay to see Big Immobile, Kevin Nash, in 2011. I avoided WCW once it became the Big Poochie show, I avoided TNA once he showed up, and I will now rely on all of you to tell me when he's gone. Thanks! Oh, and in other news: DESSSSSTINYYYYY!

But in terms of terminology that still counts as being part of the match. That was really my only problem with the match. Other than that, I enjoyed it.

For once, I think the WWE has out-done TNA in regards to an overbooked mess of a finish. Really overbooked, I agree. HATED the "you didnt see it, H? Come on!" bitter Cena and bickering after losing like that. Real "Hustle Loyalty and Respect" material, I'm sure. That said, the finish was miserably bad, ruined what would a been a great moment. Presenting Punk as Cena's Equal IS NOT BAD BUSINESS! Listen to the crowd! /RAGE here's the thing though. You're not someone's equal if you beat them clean. You're better than them.
