Anyone who seriously says the phrase "WWE Universe" has probably never really seen competitive tag team wrestling. Hell, they probably wouldn't even remember the Dudleys/Hardys/E&C days. It could work well. It's just a matter of them actually going through with it. The KOW coming in could be like when they brought in the Dudleys. They just have to get some good in house teams going.

If this is a serious subject on their part, then invest in actual tag-teams from the indy scene (KOW). If this is going to be a grab-bag division of the lower-card wrestlers who are gonna randomly split in three months time, then don't even bother.

It probably won't even happen, though given I'm not too big on tag team wrestling in the first place I'd laugh if Triple H one-by-one Pedigrees every face team for no reason.

a nostalgia team needs to be in there somewhere. im not opposed to having two separate tag titles but make it good. bring back the old nickel plate tag belts and then revamp the other belts and make them newer designs on the wcw tag titles.
but then two sets of tag titles means they need to sign/make about 15-20 tag teams.
but that makes sense so it wont happen, right?

Sorry, but I don't see how signing 20-40 people makes any sense when they just had to release people due to budget cuts. Just keep the 1 set of belts and sign 1-3 outside tag teams and rebuild tag teams out of the undercarders who do nothing.

He'll be accused of "burying" all the other divisions.

They don't seem to care that their roster can go home in one car anymore, so I seriously doubt they will bring him all these new guys for tag team wrestling.
If anything they will give all the jobbers/random people lost in the mix something to do.

They'll do some of column A, and some of column B.

What WILL they do? Probably a little bit of both.
What SHOULD they do? It would be a lot of fun to see them bring in teams from the indies, TNA or even Japan. There's endless amounts of awesome teams out there. But, they have so many guys on the roster that they do little to nothing with that making teams out of those men just makes too much sense. I'd love to see the KOW, Briscoes, American Wolves, Young Bucks, ANX or MCMG at a Wrestlemania. And maybe we will. But, developing teams out of the guys that are already on the roster is most likely the way to go.

They'd have to pass the drug test first. In other words, we'll never see them in WWE

I believe if he is serious about it, he'll be bringing some teams in.

Kinda funny how 1/2 of the team that basically "killed" tag team wrestling (DX, 2006 I believe) all of a sudden feels the need to bring it back.

Anyone ever see the first survivor series ppvs? the tag team elimination with 5 teams one each side. Whats the chances of ever seeing something like again in the wwe (short of hiring in a few teams from japan and indies)
