Did the pair ever interact with one another? Both guys worked for the same companies for years yet i dont ever recall them ever coming in contact with one another, not in the rumble, not in any kind of tag match ect ect.Would a Hogan Bulldog match have worked in the early 90s? perhaps even at Summerslam 92 instead of Bret Hart, how would that have gone down? Iv always wondered about this as i was a huge mark of both guys as a kid,but often wondered why they never really did much together.

in Hogan knows best. Harry Smith goes on a date with Brooke and when Hulk first meets him he says "you look just like your dad" I remember wondering if Hulk and Bulldog had ever met.

After reading that Bret offered to bring Terry Bolllea to Calgary, I REALLY wished that would have happened. Can you imagine a Stampede Wrestling-ized Hogan?
Hogan matches against Calgary guys like Bret and Davey Boy were missed opportunities.

I don't think Hogan worked with Davey Boy OR Dynamite Kid at all.
Hogan in Stampede would have been tremendous. I wonder if he ever went down to Dungeon and got stretched by Stu???

They were in the same Rumble in '91 and '92, but I don't know if they interacted. They also participated in the same battle royal on SNME (won by Mr. Perfect; taped 4-15-91).
EDIT: Watching the battle royal currently and they've already tried teaming up against Mr. Perfect (right before the 2-minute mark of the video on YouTube)

I'm almost positive they were in the final 4 of the 1991 Royal Rumble.
I remember it coming down to Hogan against Earthquake and Brian Knobs for a while, but I'm pretty sure Bulldog was the final babyface in there, so I'm sure they at least worked together against Quake and Knobs for a while.

When Harry went out with Brooke Linda recalled Harry and Brooke playing together as toddlers at a Wrestlemania, more then likely it was WM 7 or 8

Now that I think of it... I could dig them as an Allied Powers like team up back then.

I don't think Bret mentions him being stretched in his book. It would have been quite the scene. A drunk Vince had enough sobriety not to go down there with Stu.

I'm currently reading the Stu Hart book and the only mention of Hogan in the Dungeon is the day of Owen's funeral. It just says that Hogan went down and took a look around, touched the walls, etc. Pretty sure Stu would have been too old to stretch anyone in 1999 though....

Funnily enough, I think I remember reading that Stu did stretch Vince in the Dundgeon. I was looking through YouTube a while back and saw something that I had seen on NBC back in the day - the only time Hogan worked a match on TV with a Stampede/Dundgeon alum (that I recall at least). He wrestled Bad News on a Saturday Night Main Event.

It would have been difficult for them to be in a match against each other in WWF as Hogan and Bulldog were always both babyfaces during their time together in WWF. When they were in WCW together, Hogan was gone some of the time and when Hogan was there he generally only had matches with main event-level guys and Davey Boy was not being used much by WCW.

I vaguely recall what might have been SNME or Superstars, where Andre had Hogan in a choke hold and would not let go. IIRC, The Bulldogs came down to try and get Andre off Hogan but failed. I think it was Duggan who turned up with his 2x4 and hit Andre.

When Hogan had his first big WWF run the British Bulldogs were the top babyface tag team in an era when tag team wrestling still meant something.
On the house show circuit The Bulldogs would be the workers who warmed the crowd for Hogans Schtick.
So Davey and Hulk would never of been in a position to wrestle each other unless the Bulldogs where turned heel when Hogan and Savage were tagging 87.

I think Stu pretty much beat the mic skills and personality out of everybody who trained in the dungeon except for Owen and Chris Jericho. He probably would've ruined Hogan.
