Tonight's promo with Mickie James and Velvet Sky was terrible and it's all Mickie's fault and Angelina Love and Winter saved the segment thank goodness for them.

She is overrated in every single category: ringwork, looks, mic skills, you name it. She had one great year, 2006, when WWE mysteriously had her go over both Trish and Lita clean when she was still basically a rookie in the company. Then she became a poor man's Trish when the real one quit, despite not being nearly beautiful enough to be the poster girl that WWE was looking for. Now she's just an average woman wrestler that is living off of stuff she did 5 years ago. If TNA is paying her a lot more than the other Knockouts, they aren't getting their moneys worth.

I must be in the minority, because I think Mickie is one of the best on the mic.
I don't see anything wrong with Angelina or Velvet's promos either, unless you have a problem with the language.

I thought maybe it was just the backlash to the former WWE talent in TNA, but I think Winter and Tara have been great in TNA. I think she is good at what she does, but I never understood why people think she is such a big deal. I guess the girl next door thing maybe, but that's not enough to make her a big star in this business. |

I miss old psycho-Mickie, think they should bring her back. Her and Velvet doing the mutual-admiration thing was just dull.
Angelina saved the segment from being total crap, she's the best in the division hands-down in terms of combining work, character, and promos.

You are right, I don't remember any "bitch" "whore' or "slut" in that promo. It just doesn't feel like a knockouts promo without those words. |
