As for whom, looking at the roster, no one is in need of weight loss. Have you even seen Abyss in the last three years?

I don't really see how its TNA's fault unless someone suggested smoking as the way to lose weight.

Because smoking is worse than a cocaine addiction. Smoking is atrocious. Nobody brought up cocaine, smoking is awful enough on it's own without having to compare it to unrelated addictive items.

There had better not be any water in this equation.

If it's Joe, isn't he very close with CM Punk? That surely wouldn't be so good...

If it's Joe, isn't he very close with CM Punk? That surely wouldn't be so good... Listen to their shoot! They are talking about heavy drinking and Punk doesn't care, even talks about a drunk Homicide trying to piss on him while laughing about it. I bet they were very happy to have Punk among their drunk asses since he would be the one to look after them and drive them home, albeit his driving skills are quite limited.

I get the feeling Mickie is a smoker already. My guess is its an X guy I read this and thought - "Mickie is smoking someone out of the X division"? Well, I've never heard it called that before.

I don't really see how its TNA's fault unless someone suggested smoking as the way to lose weight. From the way she worded it, TNA put pressure on someone to lose weight so they took up smoking as a means to do this. Not sure how that would result in a lawsuit. I may be mistaken but I'm pretty sure there isn't a law where companies can't tell their employees (or independant contractors in this case) to slim down. Not that I believe a word of this.

Because smoking is worse than a cocaine addiction. Smoking is atrocious. Nobody brought up cocaine, smoking is awful enough on it's own without having to compare it to unrelated addictive items. He mentioned cocaine because of who was delivering the message -- Tammy Sytch. It is kind of funny that she's like "Smoking is a horrible thing to do!" after all that she's done. Smoking does cause an increase in metabolism, and nicotine is a mild appetite suppressant, so the behavior can arguably produce weight loss. Couple that with the fact that metabolism will slow back to normal after quitting, and weight is often gained back, and it becomes a tough habit to break. Given the activity of the profession their in (not to mention all of the potential health costs of smoking), it's not the brightest move for whoever is doing it. There are other weight loss options out there that are healthier.

A) Unless they actually forced the person to start smoking cigarettes, they aren't to blame.
B) She should shut up.

Don't buy this at all, especially considering the source; and I'm a Tammy fan.
