Smoking doesn't help a person lose weight. People sometimes do gain weight after quitting because they need a replacement for something in their hands and putting something to their mouths, but just smoking doesn't do much to keep you thin. Yea, that's what I think. I've always heard of people gaining weight after they quit but I've never heard of the opposite. It certainly hasn't helped me lose weight. |
