Here is a new gimmick Jeff Hardy can have that will could take advantage of his "antichrist" character and add a dash of comedy to it:
"winning"

Eh. In all seriousness IF he comes back, I'd like to see him keep his Antichrist of Professional Wrestling persona but as a face. Not even as a face, really. I'd like to see him keep his heel edge, only this time his wrath is aimed at Immortal because he'd be so pissed at Hogan and Bischoff for lying to him. He'd be someone who would tag with Sting not because he likes him (he doesn't), but in his own best interests against Immortal.

TNA needs to do the right thing for once and just not bring him back.
Enough is enough already.

He just couldn't come back it would be too embarrassing for TNA. The guy just couldn't draw for them even though he was coming off the biggest push in WWE. Why waste tons of money bringing back a guy who embarrassed himself and your company? Although a Charlie Sheen gimmick would be funny in a sad sort of way.

i'm still convinced they're going to play the sympathy card with him. which i will have zero of.
if they don't, well color me surprised.

I recall hearing that somewhere. If ever there were a cause for termination of contract, Jeff's last appearance would be it. It's not like the WWE would scoop him up, I doubt they have much interest in him until he gets legitimately cleaned up.

True, however knowing TNA they likely agreed to whatever Jeff wanted in the contract. As such I highly doubt there would be such a "morals clause" in it. Though I certainly hope you're right.
