Say what you will about the overall quality of the product, but it seems a disproportionate amount of awfulness seems to happen every year at Victory Road.
Can't remember much of what happened last year, but I know you've got two huge strikes in last Sunday's debacle and the Sharmell/Jenna Morasca clusterf*** from 2009, which are almost enough in themselves.
Maybe next year, if TNA is even around next year, they ought to quietly retire Victory Road in favor of a different PPV, or just drop it completely...

Victory Road is kind of pointless, especially if they are going to do big shows on TV for free. it was unnecessary and they are just fulfilling their contract for PPVs at this point. I would assume they will drop to 6 PPVs in the future once their contract runs out.

They definitely need less Pay Per Views. It seems like there is so much filler.

As far as Victory Road main events go, I'd have to agree. Wasn't Victory Road 2008 the Booker T vs Samoa Joe championship match that ended in a no-contest?
On the other hand, there have been great Ultimate X and World X Cup matches at Victory Road.
