Define wrestle... It could be he becomes a face, works a tag match, spends 99% of the time on the apron and then hits an Axe Bomb lariat for the win. No bumps, just a finisher off a hot-tag and a pin! Can he even make a pin safely any more? There's a lot of bending and dropping to the floor quickly involved in that. Or for that matter, run off the ropes for an Axe Bomber? Those ring ropes can be murder on your back if you take them incorrectly or, say, if your back is busted up. Probably can't get his leg high enough for the big boot. The legdrop is out. So what's left? The Hulk Up? Great spot but that's it? He'll come in, no sell, and leave so someone else can pin? There's always, yanno...using his iconic status in a non-wrestling capacity to get other people over. Naaaah. That never works.

There's always realising this is a thread about Hulk Hogan possibly wrestling again (hence the subject "HOGAN TO WRESTLE AGAIN????") and discussing that subject. So I guess neither of us got what they wanted.

I love Hulk. Always will. I do not want to see him get hurt. Saying that if he wrestles that he deserves what to get hurt, is pretty hurtful. i understand your sentiment but that seemed a bit harsh no?

He's a fool if he thinks he's got one more match in him. He doesn't even have one more move left in him.

I hope he CAN have that last match. He's Hulk Hogan - and while he should've officially retired years ago, he deserves to have a better last match than some shoddy tag match on Impact. He can play it safer, and put over AJ Styles on PPV, then call it a career.

More than likely, he's going to get talked out of anything beyond punching and blading. I read this as "balding" and laughed way too hard. "Hogan, just stand there and bald. We'll do all the work."

While my sympathy for the man is non-existant meaning I would feel nothing if something bad happened to him, no TNA fan nor wrestling fan in general needs to see Hulk Hogan be paralyzed in the ring or dead in the ring. Hopefully this is a joke or he may have that bug that was mentioned in The Wrestler where he might just be like Mitsharu Misawa.

And you know all about this, right doctor? The guy had a metalic rod shoved up his ass just to hold his spine together. Doesn't take a medical degree. Hogan only moves would be honestly punches and clotheslines. It really hard to believe he could do anything else. I don't either have a medical degree but my experenses tells me this. My dad broke his back. He had to have the rods and screws to fix it. He does gets around well, it took him a while to get to that point. You hardly could tell if he walks passed you. Because the everything day things he doesn't have problems with. Which yes he can bend over still. But he if for example works on a car and bend over doing it. he stuffs up and ext. But he used to for example played golf. He was able to do it since the injury but he stopped because the after math. Stiff and sore. With Hogan your talking about a normal match is a lot of pressure on it. Plus the bad knees and hip he has on top of that. From the reports I saw. They said he couldn't wrestle again. That Hogan's was more that he can hardly bend at all. He would be stupid to go and take bumps. So his surgery sounds a little different from my dads. Because Hogan sounds like he hardly able to bend much less anything else.

Optimistically, I'm going to side with the people saying that he isn't stupid enough to do something like this, and he was just talking big for the sake of a young (I hope) Hulkamaniac that wanted to see their hero wrestle one more time.
Now, if he defies my (admittedly very low) minimum standards of human intelligence and actually tries to wrestle one more match, with his back, hip, and knees being in the condition they're all in, and in the best case scenario doesn't cripple (or outright kill) himself, then he either needs to be put somewhere safe for his own good, far away from wrestling forever, or be given the Darwin Award for still being that damn stupid in the first place.
But I will have faith that Hogan is a sensible human being that knows and accepts his limitations, and the limitations of modern medicine and pain killers until that happens.

He could always wrestle with his conscience, realise that the money he is making in no way justifies the return he's bringing to the company/business at this stage and quietly hand in his resignation. That said with Russo at the helm, he's more likely to just keep taking the cash and rename his happy band of misfit toys "Immoral" instead
