He must really need that money because otherwise why would get back in the ring? I thought his assets were protected from Linda.

The guy had a metalic rod shoved up his ass just to hold his spine together. Doesn't take a medical degree. Hogan only moves would be honestly punches and clotheslines. It really hard to believe he could do anything else. I don't either have a medical degree but my experenses tells me this. My dad broke his back. He had to have the rods and screws to fix it. He does gets around well, it took him a while to get to that point. You hardly could tell if he walks passed you. Because the everything day things he doesn't have problems with. Which yes he can bend over still. But he if for example works on a car and bend over doing it. he stuffs up and ext. But he used to for example played golf. He was able to do it since the injury but he stopped because the after math. Stiff and sore. With Hogan your talking about a normal match is a lot of pressure on it. Plus the bad knees and hip he has on top of that. From the reports I saw. They said he couldn't wrestle again. That Hogan's was more that he can hardly bend at all. He would be stupid to go and take bumps. So his surgery sounds a little different from my dads. Because Hogan sounds like he hardly able to bend much less anything else. I've been around with people with bad backs. The worst for them is to be standing around for an extensive period, even if it's do the lawn with a mower. Maybe Hogan could get dominated and stay on the mat the whole match. Again we're not in his shoes so we don't know what he can and cannot do.

But I could be like Josh Matthews in looking at a guy who is about to do something stupid and warn him against it, allthough I will ultimately fail.

Define wrestle... It could be he becomes a face, works a tag match, spends 99% of the time on the apron and then hits an Axe Bomb lariat for the win. No bumps, just a finisher off a hot-tag and a pin! Can he even make a pin safely any more? There's a lot of bending and dropping to the floor quickly involved in that. Or for that matter, run off the ropes for an Axe Bomber? Those ring ropes can be murder on your back if you take them incorrectly or, say, if your back is busted up. Probably can't get his leg high enough for the big boot. The legdrop is out. So what's left? The Hulk Up? Great spot but that's it? He'll come in, no sell, and leave so someone else can pin? He still has a mean fingerpoke

Be honest now, aside from feeling really, REALLY annoyed, how would any of us feel if the whole business of Hogan's back, his surgeries and everything associated with his declining physical state turned out to be the biggest work in the history of the business? Although it's highly improbable, there are a couple of things to consider for a moment. 1) Eric Bischoff is involved, 2) Eric Bischoff loves winding up the internet, wrestling fans and especially wrestling fans on the internet, 3) Bischoff Hervey are a television production company, so producing realistic looking "surgery" footage wouldn't exactly be that difficult for them, 4) April Fool's isn't that far away. Just a wildly speculative and highly unlikely thought [would be a shame if it DID turn out to be a huge hoax, bearing in mind they'd still probably only get a 1.3 rating out of it]
