According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (April 3rd), due to an on-going legal battle with Jim Crockett, WWE can no longer use the trademarked name 'Ric Flair' from this point forward. Until this matter is settled, the WWE-trademarked name, 'Rick Flair' will be used.

I noticed he was "Rick Flair" during that HHH hype video on Raw. I hope at WM they go the TNA route and just put "The Nature Boy" on his enterance graphic.
