Deadline: Friday December 16, 2011I've been wanting to do one of these Top 20 lists for awhile so I'll try this one, I did try one awhile back but no one didn't send any lists in. This will determine what the Freaking Awesome Network Forum thinks is the top 20 SNES games of all time. What you do is list your top ten favorite Super NES games to me through a private message and I'll tally the points up and determine a winner. Heres how the points work your first pick will get 10 points, second will get 9 and so on until your tenth pick which will get 1 point. www.gamefaqs.com/snesIf you need help with your list go to that link it lists every Super NES game ever made. Get to sending in those lists hope this turns out to be as good as I think it can be.

Sent my list. RPG-heavy, but the SNES was the console for them, just so many fantastic ones to choose from.

I sent a list, but only a top ten list.
I struggled to think and had to trim it down.

got another list
so far I have 38 games listed.
There are a few ties there is only 3 points that seperate first and second place.
there is 1 point each between 3rd, 4th, & 5th meaning the 3rd place has 1 point more than 4th place and 4th has 1 point more than 5th.
6th place is fine but 7th and 8th place is tied.
9th is fine, 10th & 11th is tied, 12th is fine, 13th & 14th is tied as well as 15th and 16th.
17th is fine but 18th, 19th & 20th is all tied.
Hope I get some more list I could post this with what I got but I'll give it a week so lets say next Friday I'll end this and post the results.

Tomorrow this ends and I post the results.
I doubt I'll get any more lists but you never know I only got 7 lists I'm sure some people probably would cancel this with just 7 lists but get more list or not I'll post the results tomorrow.

First I'm going to post the runners up, I wish I would of gotten more list I got 7 in all one from me and one from a friend of mine from GameFAQs who said he created an account here recently but haven't spoke to him in a few days so don't know how that worked out.
Anyway 45 games were listed and a lot of ties but we'll make the best of it here are the ones who didn't make the top 20
42 - 45 all with 1 point each
Breath of Fire II Batman Returns Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest NBA Jam
38-41 with 2 points each
Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game Spider-Man & Venom: Maximum Carnage Contra III: The Alien Wars The Lost Vikings 2 *
*On a side note a user named Bob sent in a list and had The Lost Vikings listed twice I looked it up on GameFAQs and there was a Lost Vikings 2 for SNES as well so I figured he wanted Lost Vikings 2 on the list instead of Lost Vikings 1 twice so I took the one he listed as the lowest and made it Lost Vikings 2 just wanted to clear that up.
35-37 all with 3 points
Super Castlevania IV Captain America and the Avengers Super Street Fighter 2
30-34 all with 4 points
Street Fighter 2 Seiken Densetsu 3 Saturday Night Slam Masters RoboCop Versus The Terminator The Lost Vikings
29 with 5 points (only 1 game this time)
Mortal Kombat 1
23-28 all with 6 points
Terranigma Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest Final Fight Final Fantasy IV (2 in the US) Super Star Wars: Return of the Jedi Revolution X
21-22 all with 7 points
Contra III: The Alien Wars Zombies Ate My Neighbors
I'll figure out how to do the write ups for the top 20 and post them sometime tonight.

#18 (1)In this game the player controls Little Mac, as he fights his way to become the World Video Boxing Association champion. Players, fighting from a "behind the back" perspective, must knockout their opponent in three minutes to win. Players can launch jabs, hooks, and uppercuts against their opponents as well as block, dodge, and duck opponents' attacks. Nintendo Integrated Research and Development, led by Genyo Takeda, Minoru Arakawa and Makoto Wada, developed the game. It also featured voice acting by Charles Martinet. Super Punch Out!

#18 (2)The player takes control of five X-Men who must rescue their fellow mutants from captivity in the Genosha island complex. Each character has a specific mission they must accomplish, as outlined by Professor X at the start of the game. The levels may be played in any order. Afterward, the X-Men will be faced with Queen Brood, Tusk and Apocalypse. In preparation to face Magneto, the player will need to defeat with any one of the X-Men the holograms of Omega Red and Juggernaut in the Danger Room. The player then has to choose only one of the X-Men who take different paths which are different parts of Avalon. Regardless of which of the X-Men has been chosen the player must defeat Exodus and finally Magneto to prevent him destroying Genosha. X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse

#18 (3)This is a competitive fighting game originally released for the arcades in 1991. It is the arcade sequel to the original Street Fighter released in 1987 and was Capcom's fourteenth title that ran on the CP System arcade hardware. Street Fighter II improved upon the many concepts introduced in the first game, including the use of command-based special moves and a six-button configuration, while offering players a selection of multiple playable characters, each with their own unique fighting style. It's going good so far, even though I slaved over the gamefaqs site, a few games have been mentioned already that I can't believe I forgot about. That said, I do believe I know what's number one, but I won't spoil it for anyone.
