I don't think Cain should have much problem with Mir. Forrest/Tito 3 should be pretty even at this point in their careers with maybe a slight edge to Forrest, and I wouldn't be surprised if both hung it up after this one.

Well it looks like the Griffin/Ortiz rubber match is going to headline the fourth UFC on FX card. I guess that tells you where Tito's drawing power is since it's not on Fox. I don't think it's an indictment of his drawing power, I think it'd do a great rating. I just think that's not the sorta fight they want to showcase on Fox. They're both at the tail end of their careers, and I think they want to use Fox to make new stars.

Why people expecting Forrest to retire post-fight?
Ortiz has a lot more years on him.....I could see it being his last if he loses. But Forrest?

Well after his lost to Shogun last year Forrest himself said he has little interest in fighting anymore and will retire sooner than later. Which isn't a bad idea as He has done far more than people expected of him and he is never going to make it back up to the top of the heap at 205.

Yeah I said that because Forrest didn't make it much of a secret that he really wasn't into the whole deal leading up to the Shogun fight. Guess we'll see in the upcoming months.

Condit has responded and has summed it up quite nicely.
"I don't care," Condit said. "The thing about it is, it's something they test for. It's against the Nevada Athletic Commission [rules]. I don't really consider it to be a performance-enhancing drug, but the fact is, they're testing for it. And you know they're testing for it. Whatever you do in between camps, if you know they're testing for this stuff then you've got to figure something out. In the past, he's said, 'Oh, I can smoke and I can pass these tests no problem.' That attitude kind of came back and bit him in the ass."

Why people expecting Forrest to retire post-fight? Ortiz has a lot more years on him.....I could see it being his last if he loses. But Forrest? Forrest has been really open about the fact that he has no passion for fighting anymore and that he wants a couple more big pay cheques and then he wants out.

I hate to say this, but guys like him and Bonnar, they skillset can't match the skillset of the modern 205ers. These guys know how to wrestle and do BJJ. ANd as added bonus, some know decent muay thai/kickboxing/boxing as well. Forrest is not really bad at anything, but he's not really good at anything either. He's not going to beat any of the top 205ers. And I hate saying that too. As for Tito, I think it's just good luck (and a good chin) that he hasn't been KO/TKOed in the head recently. It's all mostly decision losses with a bad string of body TKO losses.

Chadella has been fired from UFC for not mentioning some modeling she did as Mariah Ashton. Google it if you aren't at work

Anyone get UFC 3? Is it any good? I did enjoy the demo but probably won't bother with it if it's like the last one.
