In light of the "Baby Doll Blackmail Dusty Rhodes" thread, I was wondering:
How good/decent of a manager was she in her 80s time in NWA/wherever she worked at?
When it comes to women in that era outside the WWE, the name that usually jumps out to mind is Missy Hyatt.
But she was before my time: any idea on how/what she did?

I thought she was pretty decent. It is a shame that she is so underrated though.

Baby Doll was good. I got to meet her and her daughter a few years back at an indie show. You could tell she really loved being around the business and enjoyed people remembering her.

I always thought Baby Doll was better than Missy.
I loved hearing Jim Cornette tell the story of the time they had him give Baby Doll a gut shot with the racket, then Dusty had her go on TV crying that she may never be able to have children. "People chased us, the car got tarred and feathered, they busted out lights. Until she knocked me out and dislocated my jaw in every town in the territory, then the heat was off, and thank God it was."
I've met her at a couple of the Fanfests and she's always seemed pretty cool
