Before we get started, yes I know that there have been others to play the count on film, but I'm thinking these are the two most famous.
So who do you pick? Lugosi...who despite only having played Dracula in two movies (The original 1931 film and "Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein) is one of the iconic Dracula looks...
Or Christopher Lee, who revitalized the idea of Dracula performance wise in the Hammer Dracula films?

Gary Oldman. Sorry, but Gary Oldman. No one beats Gary Oldman. Not even Gary Oldman beats Gary Oldman.

Gary Oldman. Sorry, but Gary Oldman. No one beats Gary Oldman. Not even Gary Oldman beats Gary Oldman. He's not an option. Besides, though I haven't seen the movie yet: ...really?

I agree with Gary Oldman............
The picture you are only looking at his old self which he is rarely like, when Dracula goes younger to try and get Mina............you can see Gary Oldman's greatness at work.

Gary Oldman and that entire movie sucked balls. Couldn't stand that stupid ass mustache he had or the dumb top hat. I kept waiting for him to pull a rabbit out of it. The only time Oldman looked awesome at all was when he was wearing his crusades armor and stuff. Otherwise, I wasn't impressed. Besides, Gary Oldman was defeated by Theodore Logan. How good could he actually be? Out of these two, I definately have to go with Legosi. He'd already played Dracula for years and years on stage, and looked just awesome in his movie. Lee was awesome too but...eh, I dunno, I don't like the English accent for the Transylvanian count.

Tough one, though upon careful consideration I'll go with Lugosi here.

It's Lugosi. Anyone who says otherwise are just kidding themselves.

Lee was awesome too but...eh, I dunno, I don't like the English accent for the Transylvanian count. Which is why for most of the Hammer Dracula series, Lee actually never talked.

I'd pay money to hear Christopher Lee's line reading of "What is a man?!"
