Finally got around to watching Linkara's latest, and since we discuss best Twilight Zone episodes every so often I thought that this would make for an interesting conversation. Which episodes of the show would you name as the worst?
I think I have to echo the apparent common sentiment of that comedy one with the angel trying to earn his wings or halo or something by improving a woman's life. That one is just a total misfire.

From what I've read Rod Serling actually wanted to do a spin-off based on that angel. Of course since the episode bombed so badly, it never happened.

Pretty much all of season 4 with the exception of "On Thursday We Leave For Home".
The Twilight Zone was not meant to be an hour.

I've seen only a handful of season four episodes but yeah, they tend to be pretty stretched thin and with not the best ideas on hand. The Bard stands out as a weak one.

The final episode, The Bewitchin Pool, was a very week series finale. The only season four episodes I've seen and liked were Printer's Devil and The New Exhibit. Most people seem to think The Hunt was a bad episode, but I've always had a soft spot for it.

Really corny acting and script(and that's not even getting started on the super cheesy overdub they used for the girl's voice). Not even in the same ballpark as some of the more mediocre episodes of the show's run. Reminds me how I need to get seasons 2- 6 on Blu

There's only five seasons. And season 4 was certainly underwhelming though there were as many I enjoyed as that I didn't. I was not a fan of Last Night of a Jockey. A World of His Own pissed me off a lot because it seemed very mean spirited and misogynistic.

The Bard was pretty weak and stretched waaaaaaaaaaaaay to thin to boot.
Season 5 seemed to contain a lot of the classics, funny that it turned out to be the last.

The Rip Van Winkle Caper annoyed me mainly because I was used to the overly used cliche ending by the time I saw it.

Just thinking of that Bewitchin' Pool episode, ye Gods was that crap, and that dubbing, yikes.
I'll also throw in all the 2nd season episodes that were shot on video for whatever ungodly reason as they all look like ass.

While it looks like the drizzling craps, Night of the Meek is one of my favorite episodes, simply for Art Carney's amazing performance.

I liked all of the shot on video ones that I can immediately recall: Static, the robot one, The Whole Truth, and especially Long Distance Call with Bill Mumy.
