Sarah Silverman - No, being a petite woman who happens to be obscene and crass isn't a joke. Quit trying to pretend it is.
Norm MacDonald - It's probably just a stylistic thing, but something about his delivery kills every joke he's ever done to me.
Carlos Mencia - Yes, you can use slurs and say "di di di," doesn't make you funny.
Dana Carvey - Unless he's with Mike Myers head-banging to Bohemian Rhapsody, he's sucked.
Woody Allen - Probably another Norm MacDonald thing... something about the way he delivers just doesn't work for me.
Jerry Seinfeld - Thing is, I liked his show. Everything I've seen of him that isn't his show? That's been terrible.

The line up here is a 90% "Comedians that would always make a list of bad stand ups" - I like to see people going outside of the Lampinelli/Mencia/Cook list.
For me, Dave Attell is brutal - it's a running joke with my wife that whenever I mention bad stand up, I talk about the time Attell bombed horrifically at the Comedy Cellar.
I do like Gabe Kaplan, though.

Sarah Silverman - She's just ridiculously obnoxious and oh so not funny. Dane Cook - I once compared him to being the guy at a party who just blabbers too much about everything.

Dane Cook gives me headaches. No joke, no hyperbole, when I hear his voice, my head hurts.
Haven't seen it mentioned, but the least funny "comedian" (and one of the most loathed men in entertainment) makes my list. Andy Dick. Hands down, the man is neither funny or in possession of any redeeming qualities that I am aware of.
I can respect that fact that Larry the Cable Guy is, in actuality, a decent human being, and have actually enjoyed his stuff on the history channel. However, the fact that his "character" is a walking stereotype is just grating. It's not him, not who he really is, yet his audience most likely doesn't realize that. Frankly, he's comedy's version of John Wayne.
Odd, maybe, but here's why I say that. You still to dthis day hear people talk about the kind of man John Wayne was, patriotic and whatnot, but the fact is simple. John Wayne did not exist, he was a character portrayed by a failed USC football player who went into acting after getting hurt. Yet, he became the gimmick to the point that if you asked many who Marion Morrison was, they'd give you a blank stare. The man has become his character, regardless of how detatched the character was from his personal reality.

Bill Hicks
His opinions were insightful, but I don't think he was particularly funny

I don't think Dane Cook is awful, but he's certainly not funny. At least his stand up is more tolerable than his movies.
Jeff Dunham isn't very funny to me. Considering how popular he is these days, I've just never laughed at any of his stuff. It's mildly amusing, but not lol funny.

Nick Swardson. I seriously groan and change the channel any time he shows up on my TV.

Can't abide the Blue Collar Comedy team, outside of Ron White. Ron White is hilarious. And I do have to admit that I've laughed at a few of the others jokes. I do appreciate Bill Engvall's "here's your sign" routine, and Jeff Foxworthy has told a few jokes that I thought were funny. They're pretty good as far as family friendly comedians go. Larry The Cable Guy was funny to me at first, but got old and stale very very quickly. Plus, he's just a character which makes it impossible for me to laugh at any of his "true story" jokes.

Well, of course a lot of y'all probably know I can't stand Steve Colbert or John Stewart (Stewart far more so than Colbert). I guess you could say it's because of all the political stuff, which isn't my thing anyway, but even then, I didn't find Steve funny at all on Who's Line is it Anyway.
Can't stand Chris Rock either, and don't see what's even remotely funny about his act.
I know this is stereotypical, but I never understood the big deal with Carrot Top.
I like Ron White to a point...but if you've seen his schick once, you've seen it all. Some of his jokes even get annoying/stupid once you've heard them after the first time. I know that probably doesn't make sense, but that's the best way I can put it.
Surprisingly, I think Robin Williams is boring as hell. I like HIM and I like movies that he's in (Hook, Jumanji, ect) but I don't find him funny in the least.

There is no such being as Nathan Fillion, only Malcolm Reynolds trying to blend into society under a pseudonym, but he can't fool me! His name is Castle, he only wrote Malcolm Reynolds as a self insert. They are both just by-products of a jukebox repairman's daydreams. Anway I'll go with the many comedians that confuse trying to shock people with trying to make people laugh (please note that it is possible to be both).

The Daily Show is one of the only shows on TV that I constantly find myself laughing out loud at when I'm watching it alone. I'm not much into politics but I love how he points out the absurdity of it all. Colbert on the other hand isn't very funny to me. He has his moments, but I think he just annoys me more than anything.

How can one not like Colbert? I don't understand, he's an amazingly talented human being with massive balls. As for the topic, I used to consider Dane Cook part of this, but his appearance on Louie pretty much redeemed everything he's ever done as a comic (and he's honestly not THAT bad). My list though...
Jeff Dunham Carlos Mencia Lisa Lampanelli Gallagher (also a dickhead) Jeff Foxworthy/Larry the Cable Guy/Bill Engvall Katt Williams Andy Dick Nick Swardson Ralphie May

It's not that I don't like him, I just don't think he's all that funny. At least, not his character. I mean, I do laugh at some of his stuff but I generally think he's much less funny than Jon Stewart. If Colbert and Stewart both have bits about the same thing on the same night, I usually find that Jon's was funnier. The "annoying" comment was more a reference to his show, the way that he dominates interviews and such. I know that it's all part of his character, but it doesn't make it funny to me.

I love the Blue Collar guys, though Larry has lost some of his luster, and Bill kinda bores me at times. Maybe it's the southerner in me,but I love Foxworthy.
As for people I can't stand -Aziz Ansari is kinda funny, but for the most part just blathers and makes me groan. -Dane Cook rambles too much. -Leno isn't funny -Dunham made me laugh alot, then his TV show just pooped on the gimmick. -KATHY GRIFFIN!,I don't know if you're gayer, maybe her jokes are funnier;but she is the least funny person I've ever heard,I'd rather stick my testes in burning pitch than listen to her!
