Dave Chapelle. There's been a small handful of Chapelle Show skits I've laughed at, but for the most part they've fallen flat and I don't like his stand-up either.

Bill Hicks His opinions were insightful, but I don't think he was particularly funnyI can understand this. Its like 20 minutes of good stuff I don't laugh at, then five minutes of the funniest #$%^ ever. hicks is the kind of comedian I'd love to just sit at a bar with for 8 hours.

Andy Samborg...Infact anyone whose been on SNL since Tina Fey/Jimmy Fallon left... I agree, except Bill Hader has had some incredible moments. Also agreed with another poster on Aziz Anzari, really annoying, and just not funny.

Hmm... well, I don't find Sarah Silverman funny, and if you expand this to people who star in comedies, I'd definitely add Rob Schneider, but I think the creme of the crappy, crappy crop, for me personally, would be Jeremy Hotz. I just... don't like him. The way he delivers his jokes, the fact that he giggles like a doofus after every joke... he's just not funny to me.

If so, I liked him the first time I saw his stand up show, but not so much anymore.

Jeff Foxworthy was funny with his "you might be a red neck" gimmick but every since he started doing bits about his family he has gone downhill. I could care less what his daughter did or how wonderful his wife is.

Jack Whitehall - just painful. Russell Howard - his act is entirely him saying something weird and hoping it gets a reaction. Chris Addison - about twenty years out of date.
To an extent Ross Noble and Eddie Izzard as well although I find them likeable enough if not funny and understand why people find them funny.

Ricky Gervais Russell Brand James Corden
Basically the three men the rest of the UK finds screamingly hilarious.

To me, it was those crummy 80s comics like Elayne Boosler and Rita Rudner that I just never understood why anyone laughed at anything they ever said.

How about the so-called "comedians" who pop up on those VH1 "I Love [Whatever]" shows? There are a bunch of them who have amusing comments based on certain pop-culture items. Put them in front of an audience and have them do a stand-up show and they are just awful.
Patrice O'Neal, I'm looking at you, my friend. He's hilarious on those shows. But, I watched about 10 minutes of his stand-up special on Netflix before I shut it off. I didn't laugh one time. I was waiting for the funny parts, and they never came. Dave Attell, really funny when he did "Insomniac". Put him in front of a crowd and he's another guy you're just wanting to laugh with and the jokes just aren't there. And, you're sitting there cringing because he's using cursing and gay-bashing as a crutch for actual humor. (Lisa Lampinelli writes a good monthly column in Playboy, but her shows are as bad as Dave's.)
I'm not a picky guy when I watch comedians; a lot of them have things I laugh at. (Yes, I like Kathy Griffin. Sue me, I think she's funny.)
I don't know what happened to DL Hughley, but he's no longer funny. Never really "got" Cedric the Entertainer. Being Steve Harvey's friend must really make you seem funnier than you really are. (Ron White gets categorized the same way - once you hear his act, it really isn't all that good.) Ricky Gervais, um...that show he does where he plays jokes on a guy leaving him in far-off places. Is that supposed to be funny?

Nick Swardson. I seriously groan and change the channel any time he shows up on my TV. Even if it's Terry?

James Corden - "Hey....I'm fat.....doesn't that fact alone make me funny???"
No, it doesn't. Now go away.

Lisa Lampinelli- I hate her "comedy", in fact she's only done ONE thing I even remotely applaud (and i doubt its veracity): She claimed that for every protester Westboro sent to one of her shows she'd send a $1000 donation to GLAAD in thier name.

Ray Romano
Banal and boring material, horrible vocal delivery and a TV show that was contrived and lazy.

I like exactly half of the late night hosts: Conan, Ferguson, and Letterman are all funny to me; Leno's overrated, Kimmel's hit and miss (mostly miss), and I hate hate Fallon. How does Kimmel have a job? I mean Leno's always been terrible, but I never watched a Kimmel monologue until after his bashing of Jay Leno over the Late Night debacle. Several months after the event and I see Jimmy Kimmel do a monologue and his style is just so flat. It's like his jokes aren't hit or miss they're... Rob Conway. Total apathy from the audience. One of the things I like about Conan is if a joke bombs, you'll know it. Conan will go be a total ass to get the audience back after a joke bombs. I like Craig Ferguson because he's at least trying to play with the talk show genre. As for comedians, the blue collar comedy guys. That isn't my style of comedy. I'll also say Nick Swardson. You know what's great though? WTF with Marc Meron. Even if you don't like Marc's comedy style listen to comedians talk about themselves is always interesting.

I personally love Patrice Oneal's stand up. But that's just me.
I really dislike Bill Hicks' comedy.
